Right in the heart of dock Square within walking distance of everything

The location is perfect for walking in the town of Kennebunkport and for exploring the area. You can do so much in foot or use one of the bikes they have for you.

Continental breakfast was good. Location perfect to shopping experience

Beautiful property in a great location but it would be appreciated to put black out shades on the windows. Blinds with sheer curtains over them are really hard to sleep in the morning. Other than that, recommend the hotel. Just bring a sleeping mask!

The location is perfect and the Inn is charming. The mattress in room 211 needs replaced its seen better days

I loved the charm of an old style Inn although it is a bit outdated and in need of a paint job. I loved the walkablity of the streets to the shops and the shopping and dining options. The valet attendant was very helpful. My room smelled moldy particularly in the bathroom. The dining room and bar was closed on Tuesday. I would have liked to have had a glass of wine in the afternoon on the porch but it wasn’t an option. The pool and seating at the Lodge at the Cove was not what I expected.

Super cute and well located hotel near the heart of everything. Our room was small, clean and ac worked well. Breakfast is simple - yogurt, muffins/bagels, coffee etc. Fruit would be nice. All great for our single night stay!

Breakfast was terrible. For the price they should have hot buffet.
-
Great location, quaint Inn. Room was cozy, however needed TLC a bit noisy in the morning with traffic. Nice staff.
-
Lovely hotel, historic building, very helpful staff, great location and very short walk to the centre of town.
-
The roooms are well appointed and comfortable. Excellent location. Wish we had stayed for 2 nights so we could enjoy the bar and outdoor fireplace.

The location was excellent to all the activities. I enjoy being out of room and there is not a lot of sitting room around the inside of the hotel. It was raining and most of the seating is outside.

Highly recommend.
