Staff nice, shampoo container in shower empty, curtains don’t close and our room had 3 bright street lights outside window. Couldn’t sleep. Need full curtains.

The hotel was close to my destination, parking was easy, & staff were helpful & propvessional. The check-in process was smooth & access to the elevator was very easy. I had to rekey my cards two days in a row. I was given a handicap room for some unexplainable reason, but I think it's because I initially parked in the handicap spot, which I am allowed to do, & the clerk saw me.

Exceptional

I was on a road trip from Florida to Michigan, and back, after 5 motels, this was the worst. Booked on the 1st floor our rm smelled of mold, my sons rm had mold on the walls, they changed room to 3rd floor. We tried to tuff it out. made it till 12am went to sleep in our car, told night clerk I would run the risk of getting shot in my car than sleeping in that stinking moldy room. in my opinion that whole floor needs to be shut down and redone. I have never written a bad review, but IF you go to this motel, stay away from the 1st floor. hopefully a safety review will be done and this motel will get forced to shut down until they clean it up. I travel to Kennesaw all the time and will never stay at COMFORT SUITES again. Good luck to all, please reconsider staying at this motel.

Disappointing

Location was great close to the interstate lovely area including patio area , pool was good ...breakfast was very good . The room superior lovely view ...really peaceful and relaxing time close access to resteraunts and shopping etc...great place to stop close to Atlanta

Staff was nice, room was great other than some trash on the floor. For the price i’d definitely recommend!

Room was great

The only good thing about this hotel was the super helpful staff members. But everything else was nasty and unclean. The rooms are in terrible condition, and the wifi only gives you 7 Mbps download and upload speeds. Would not stay again. Old dust in the shower, dead old bugs in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a 0; very low on the cleaning score.

It was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was sooo delicious, very nice room and amenities great for the price! I wish I had come by myself

Room smelled like mold, towels and tub were dingy. Ac unit was loud asf when it came on. You could smell the chlorine from the pool once you get off the elevator and the bottom of the pool was dirty. Breakfast was only a few items and ended at 9:30am. Parking is very limited

Clean room the staff was always help and nice good location

Breakfast was good but room smelled like mold/mildew. Front desk advised no other room available. Whole bottoms flow had multiple dehumidifiers in the hallway. Room had water damage as well. Disappointing for this brand.
