No problems at all. I do wish they had more areas to walk your dog.

The staff was very nice during our very late check in and our check out times. The room was fresh and clean.

Desk clerk was pleasant, welcoming and very helpful! Great first impression!! Property and grounds were clean and well maintained. Nice place to stay.

The hotel is dated and needs an upgrade. The bedroom comforters are a bit dingy as is the whole hotel. The staff is welcoming and helpful and tries hard to set a friendly tone. But the property needs and upgrade...change carpet in lobby, halls, change bedding.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. No complaints. Only one recommendation- have more than one washer/dryer. Lots of people are in the area for baseball tournaments and need to do laundry daily so more than one set would be helpful and if they could offer payment by credit card that would be most helpful.

All I have to say is that this hotel is an A+++++!!!

The property was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was good (had hot and cold food), and plenty of parking.

The rates were higher than expected but I’m sure FIFA being in Atlanta is a factor.

The pool was down for maintenance

The water was shut off one of the days we were there. I had a job interview. The pool was empty. There was no notification of that when you booked the property or when we checked in my room wasn’t clean for three days and when I went down to get more towels. They told me they didn’t have any. My AC also broke which The Guy came and fixed. He was amazing by the way that was the only thing that worked out.

Easy access to 75 and plenty of food options nearby. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and bathroom was well maintained.

Pool was out of service again. We are there monthly. No water one afternoon due to pipe issue. No cookies at from desk. Hot water for tea is never hot after morning but staff will get hot water for your individual cup. Our sheets were Queen size on a king bed. Had to ask for a fitted king and replaced ourselves. Carpets are looking worn. Breakfast is as good as usual.

Booked room for parents who need mobility assistance rooms. Rooms were great with nice seating and good grab bars. They couldn't say enough nice things about the staff.
