Everything is so nice , staff are so friendly and we are really enjoying our stays except the internet’s was very slow but not bothering too much

Flush didn't work, tap was broken, hot water stopped working

Nothing! Don't even plan to book a room! 12 april 2026 we checked in to the hotel for stay 1 night w my wife. As soon as open the room door, it was sticky hot AC working with a huge noise with zero power. After entering room the real shock was awaiting for us, their bed curtain was full of dead bugs falling to our bed, dirty stains and ripped apart fabric! Rushed to the reception stated that we will leave right away dont want to stay one more minute here, process our refund from Booking.com. They apologized and confirm they will confirm refund request and inform their manager. Now they make us look like we never arrived to do hotel(no show) and reject our refund request. Booking.com is not helping us too still waiting them to confirm which will never arrive! NEVER NEVER NEVER! I will not stop complaining about them everywhere until I get my money back. They are trying to steal my money like I never arrived to hotel, which in reality they have an awful cleaning and professionalism made me runaway from their hotel!

There were quite a lot of stains on the mosquito nets, It seemed like they could use a wash. Other than that everything was lovely!

Great location, room was spacious, bed comfortable. Doors were difficult to close. It got noisy at night.

Very pretty property with manicured landscaping, attractive restaurant and reception area and a nice location away from the noice of canguu but very close to the beach. There’s a spa directly across from the property that I highly recommend, the food was good, service was excellent As many other travelers have noted the tiles on the pool desperately need to be replaced, although this wasn’t an issue in terms of using the pool. The water was too warm however to be refreshing. The room itself was ok, our fridge didn’t work, the toilet flushed sometimes and the AC was leaking. Staff came to address the AC quickly though.

Really relaxing. Felt so far away from everything once you were inside. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Yummy breakfast. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Nothing!

Great smaller resort that was the perfect size for my small family. Great location a short walk from the beach and ample access to some great restaurants. The hotels restaurant offered comparable options. Loved the decor and room but the staff were the best part. Extremely helpful and extremely friendly. Managing two young girls by myself was often times messy and chaotic. Our room was always a mess but they created a miracle each night. Restaurant and reception staff were equally helpful. Pool was a great size for your kids and they not only had chairs but large umbrellas available. Everything just felt to be a great size. Not overwhelming and not lacking either. If we had to pick something it would be bathroom grout but honestly it was fine. Pool tiles needed replacement or at least adhesive repair but it kind of added to the whole Bali charm and aesthetic.
