Brookfield B&B Guest House

Breakfast was good and made to order. TV options included ITV and Sky Kids. Lorna was very friendly and did all of our laundry while we were out enjoying Keswick. The location was close (1 mile) to the town center, with lots of restaurants and cafes. Hope Park and Derwentwater Lake were beautiful! Street parking was slightly up a hill across the street. Three flights of stairs with no lift made it difficult with the luggage, but Lorna did help with one bag. The room was a little musty at first, but opening the window (tilt) helped.

Great location, nice walk into town. Breakfast was great. Parking close by, host was very friendly! Bathroom light was a little dim, but not a big deal.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived and assured availability for any future questions. Breakfast was phenomenal and made to order. Room was clean and good sized. Can't say enough good things about our stay.

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay, the room was very clean and had lovely view of Latrigg. Breakfast was exceptional and nothing was too much for our lovely host Lorna. The variety options for breakfast were 5 star. Only a 10 minute walk to Castlerigg Stone Circle and other beautiful walks in the surrounding area. N/A

Very nice and accommodating host. Good breakfast. Beds are comfy. Cute decor. Room was arrayed a little awkwardly - there was a love seat that blocked access to the bay window which if replaced with a smaller chair would open up the room a lot more.

Lorna’s place is an easy walk to town. It was very comfortable. She excels at snacks having cookies and tea in your room to daytime walking snacks to put in your bag to have while out and about. Nothing

The location to the town Keswick provided a great 2-mile walk via the K2T rail trail. Room #2 a family room was very comfortable with a good size bathroom. Lorna’s coffee is the best I’ve had since arriving in England and her hot breakfasts are yummy and she provides a wide selection cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc. Free Public parking on the street, Eleventrees is very close to the house, but can become quite crowded requiring a walk down the hill.

Lorna is a great hostess, wonderful choice on breakfast menu with every condiment imaginable and a basket of extras too. The bed was comfortable and again an amazing choice of beverages . Parking space was available up the side road.

Lorna was a great host! Lots of breakfast options. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we just wanted to sleep in! 20min walk to town and no food options close by.

Absolutely loved our stay at Brookfield. The owner, Lorna, was so friendly and welcoming. The B&B itself was really nice.A was a nice comfy bed, a clean room, a well stocked tea tray in the room, and a fantastic breakfast with plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend a stay here and on my next visit to Keswick I know where I'll be booking. ??
