Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast was freshly cooked and good. Location was a little out of Town but a lovely walk along the old railway made up for the distance. Was all good.

Our stay at Woodside was very enjoyable. Both Hannah and BJ were super friendly and flexible to different dietary restrictions. Breakfast was really substantial and I could imagine would be perfect for anyone planning hikes in the area. There were alternatives to a full english breakfast for those who might prefer a healthier option and ingredients were locally sourced or made on site. The rooms were large and very clean. Access to the city was much more pleasant along the old Keswick to Threlkeld railway line. We visited during a very warm period so needed to keep our windows open during evening. Our room faced the junction of two main streets so could be noisy at times up until approx 22:30.

The room was comfortable and well kept, with a very nice bathroom that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of tasty options that made for a pleasant start to the day. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, our experience in Keswick and the Lake District was wonderful.

Superb

Location was okay, up a slight hill, not ideal for people with mobility issues, but there is a bus stop near the accommodation. Accommodation had a little fridge for residents on the landing for all to use if they needed extra milk/tea/coffee. Nothing we didn't like. Would be an idea for a little fridge in each room where residents can put in their own milk/drinks.

Beautiful house, clean and comfortable. I loved the garden and took a few ideas home. Lovely filling breakfast. Pleasant owners who have clearly paid attention to the small details. Free parking was useful with a nice traffic free walk into town. I liked everything. Less mobile people may prefer to stay closer to the town centre but the centre is really busy so this suited us better, no hassle to find parking.

All information for check in was given before our stay and very easy to follow. Spacious onsite parking with electric charge point if needed which are hard to come by in Keswick. Beautiful property with spacious comfortable rooms which are spotlessly clean, tea and coffee facilities available. Hannah and BJ are welcoming host and genuinely interested in their guests stay and experiences. Breakfast was delicious with good quality food. This has now became our new favourite place to stay on Keswick Everything was perfect

Perfect little spot to use as a base to explore Lake District. Owners are kind and full of helpful advice, check-in is easy and flexible, and the breakfast is delicious every morning. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Nothing - this place is fantastic.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. More toast, drinks available should we have wanted more. Room spotlessly clean , we were 2 adults and a 7 year old, plenty of drawers and a wardrobe. Lovely large windows at front of house in our room so plenty of light despite it raining almost continually. Hosts very friendly and genuinely interested in guests. Nothing

Communication was great in advance and all instructions were clear. We had everything we needed at the B&B, the bedroom and bathroom were super clean, spacious and comfortable. Woodside is conveniently located on some key bus routes and is within easy walking distance from Keswick centre and nearby Castlerigg stone circle. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and our breakfasts were amazing! Would highly recommend!
