Tracey and Andrew go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the fruit plate which is beautifully presented and delicious. So many little thoughtful touches throughout that really elevate your stay and make it so comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely nothing!

Everything was professionally done and clean, the food was excellent and the hosts were very helpful polite and pleasant Nothing to dislike

Everything was great,attention to detail,little extras,simple thing like bath mat in shower,marshmallows and hot chocolate,spotless clean,little extras,more,tea,coffee,water,places to put your muddy boots if needed,airer to dry clothes in room etc Not b&b fault,but parking hard especially on market day,could not find any faults

They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and always took the time to chat with us. Although I'm naturally quite introverted, I felt completely comfortable talking with them, and their warmth made us feel right at home. The breakfast was honestly the best we've had during our trip around the UK. There was a great selection of choices, everything was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell how much care and passion they put into every detail. The room itself was very comfortable, and what impressed us most was the attention to detail. For example, the bathroom had a motion-sensor night light, which my parents absolutely loved because it made getting up at night much easier and safer. Small touches like this, together with the thoughtful room decorations and facilities, really showed how much the hosts care about their guests. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be that the guest house isn't right in the centre of Keswick. However, it's only a pleasant few minutes' walk into town, and there's also a bus stop nearby, so getting around was very easy. Nothing

The hosts gave us excellent advice about restaurants and things to do. They lent us walking sticks for hiking. The breakfasts were wonderful, especially the fruit platters. Location is close to restaurants and attractions.

Cozy, lovely, and calming B&B offering everything needed for the perfect vacation. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the breakfast was satisfying and delicious and the hosts were kind, helpful and attentive. The location is convenient, within walking distance of town center and easy to get around.

The rooms are very clean and the hospitality is amazing. The small touches like hot chocolate and marshmallows in my room which was replaced every night and coming back to the room on a scorching hot day and a fan has been placed out. The breakfast was also fantastic, the full breakfast was cooked fresh and the variety of options were endless for such a small bed and breakfast. Fresh fruit was available every morning. The location is perfect, near everything but just off the busy Main Street. On road parking wasn’t an issue at all as there’s plenty of quiet roads around which had spaces.

Really good location a 5 minute walk to the centre of Keswick. Spotlessly clean rooms and en suites with plenty of storage. Delicious breakfast with a lovely fruit platter. Excellent hosts who were really friendly and happy to recommend what to do and where to go for restaurants etc.

Exceptionally clean, lots of added touches. Just were very friendly and provided a fantastic service. There was nothing not to like about the property.
