Nice room, got all that you need, comfortable and the most wonderful views. The owners were great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was spot on and plenty of choice. Location is great, short walk into the centre.

The location is great for an easy trip into town and close to restaurants and pubs for meals out. The hosts were lovely and welcoming who show great interests in their guests. They had great recommendations about local things to do - thanks for the recommendation for the Pheasant Inn! The rooms were spacious and had everything you’d need and more. When I first went into the room, I kept finding a new things they offer, such as robes, fan, and a makeup remover towel (so useful!). We didn’t hear any surrounding noise from other rooms. Breakfast offers great variety of food for whatever you’re craving and is delicious. It’s great value for money, we hope to stay again during our yearly trips up to the Lakes.

So thoughtful and pleasant. Never saw any other guests except at breakfast Nothing to do with the guest house, but very busy area and only street parking - which wasn't hard to find a park within short distance.

The single bedroom was much larger than I had expected and a 4ft bed so bigger than a single which was a very welcomed addition. It was in a great location. Nothing
