The location and breakfast The bed was small, it was a bit pricey

The overall experience was outstanding from the very clean rooms, to the high quality breakfast and excellent customer service from Jo. Could not fault anything as we did not drive. I assume street parking might cause some frustration but the comes with the area. We took buses and had no issues.

Very clean and well presented room. The staff were very accommodating and tended to every guest Parking was a bit frustrating at times because there is so many B&B’s around so every side street within the area was lined with cars either side of the road.

Convenient location, comfortable room with a fantastic view of Skiddaw from the window. Decent breakfast. Stayed during a heatwave and the room was very warm at night, a fan or air conditioning would have helped.

Lovely room, very clean, great location and fantastic breakfast! Would highly recommend, Jo was very friendly. A little warm in my top upstairs room, but the fan helped & the weather was a bit exceptional at this time.

Super hosts with an inviting and well maintained B&B, a short walk from Keswick town centre. Breakfast was excellent. Not much we didn’t like.
