Great staff but aged property. Noise from people's walking. However, fairly close to Mount Rushmore National Memorial.

While it may look like a simple motel from the front, the suites inside are so roomy!! Very clean, and comfortable.

Carpet probably could use a cleaning in our room and vacuum.

Very clean and well organized. Breakfast was good, tho the coffee could be stronger. Staff were very helpful.

Room was clean. Location is great fort visiting Rushmore, Custer State Park, and the Crazy Horse monument. The continental breakfast gets you off to a good start.

Stay was OK. Woild be helpful to know hot tub isnt working before spending the money. Inside was awesome. Pool area was great. Gym was avg. Eliptical didnt work. Rooms left some to be desired. Hope in our bathroom door. Hint of smoke smell. Can't determine if from outside due to being outside entry. Seems hotel work in progress. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as well. Not terrible. Hoped for more looking at 8.6 ratings overall

The Rustic Bunk Bed room with 2 bunk beds and 1 king bed was OK. Not overly clean, carpet needs to be replaced, outdated and a smell to it. The hot tub was out of order the 2 nights we were there and unable to use it. The breakfast was good and staff in there was very good. The inside of the property was nice and clean. If I would go back I would NOT do the Rustic simply because of it not being clean.

My kids were so impressed with the rooms and had such a great time! They loved that their rooms were large and all adjoining!

Room was clean and had a fireplace. Our sink had no hot water and they sent a maintenance person who repaired it pretty quickly. Overall nice place

Great price in a great location. Rooms are a little rundown and smell musty but it worked great for a night.

There was a group that had pulled their table out into the walkway and parked it there so they could sit around and visit, but they were blocking the walkway. Had to provide my vehicle tag number. This is a pet peeve of mine. They don't need it. They don't use it. Why make me walk back to my car to get it? Parking for trailers is a chore. Down the block about 1/8 of a mile to park at staff housing. Best mattress and pillow my wife had on our entire 8 day trip from Alaska to Iowa. Clean enough. Quiet enough.

The room was clean and the shower was hot with good pressure and breakfast had something for everyone. No complaints at all with my stay i would definitely stay again.
