Room was large and beds were comfortable The breakfast was very lackluster.

The pool was closed the whole stay I booked because of the pool

should have some mote option in breakfast

Clean room. Breakfast was ok. Lovely staff. Cleaner on the 5th floor during our stay was very kind and sweet. Wifi was decent. My partner and I loved our stay.

Patty is always good to us.. so are the others that work there. The fact that the lights in the loading are were blowing fuses.. so they weren't on all 5 days of our stay. Breakfast is always great

It took 40 mins to check in because we used a third party site and apparently that causes issues with their new system. Mind you, there was no one in line in front of us. I even did a pre-checkin on the Bonvoy app. Also, the other woman at the front desk basically refused to help. Was pretty disappointed.

I never received my refund,for incidentals and was actually charged twice

This hotel was very comfortable. Our suite was roomy and it smelled clean.

The breakfast was a plus, it was included in the package.

Every person working there was pleasant and helpful. Great Staff!

Room was on the 3rd floor. The checkout clerk was very nice and helpful. Dirty microwave, torn shade, smelly room and dirty shower head. Didn’t appreciate housekeeping knocking on the at 9am saying checkout, checkout. I told her checkout is at 12 noon.

I really like the place.
