Great location, friendly staff, good rooms. Lift was out of order, but to be fair I was informed of that before we arrived.

Been before location is ok. The shower and basin both overflowed when you used them (room 112). The lift didn’t work which upset me as I am awaiting knee replacement. Several other people weren’t impressed either. The hotel needs a good upgrade as it is getting tired in side.

Check-in and out was easy. The room was dirty and there was mould on the walls. The corridors were dirty and had mould on the walls. The shower didn't work properly and the water was cold.

The hotel was very clean, location was perfect, all staff were very helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and such a variety. Car park needed to be a little bigger, pillows are quite hard so I woke with bad neck pain. Possibly look at having fridges in the room

Great location. Was not aware that one side of the bed was extremely close to the wall which made access difficult. The receptionist who dealt with us was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Very disappointed.
