Excellent high quality breakfast freshly cooked. The hostess Jane was very kind, helpful and generous. Maybe our only disappointment was the scaffolding around the property about which we had been notified beforehand. It spoilt what is otherwise a lovely property.

Jane and Taz were exceptional hosts. Jane was lovely, and very considerate and went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well catered for. The Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We didn't experience anything not to Like!!!

Quirky and full of charm, very comfortable but somewhat dated rooms, excellent, friendly hosts. At the time of stay, no restaurant facilities due to renovation work.

Lovely old house with period rooms. There was scaffolding up at the time but Jane & Taz made it so special. They couldn’t be more helpful. Bedroom was clean and fresh and well supplied. And her breakfast was awesome Nothing

A last minute option. Hotel located outside Kings Lynn. Ample parking. Friendly welcome. Unpretentious very clean room and bathroom with all necessary bits and bobs for an overnight stay. Very generous tea tray biscuit and chocolate assortment. Although very quiet every effort was made to make me comfortable - enjoyed the chat :) Particularly enjoyed breakfast.

Friendly easy going owners, happy to talk about anything including history of area and things to do. Full breakfast options, cooked full english customised and cooked to order, continental, cereals, fruits, yoghurt with easy timings. The cats were a big win for our children. The location was suitable as we had a car, so most things within 15 mins drive, shops, beach, parks and some of the local attractions Can't really say anything bad,

The location, the Mansion House, the breakfast and hospitality were great! Looking forward to retruning on my next trip to Kings Lynn. The hotel was being updated at the time, but the staff explained the disruption and it had no impact on my stay!

The owner went out of her way to make my daughter and my grandson's stay a fantastic experience after a last minute booking. I cannot thank her enough as my daughter had suffered an horrendous experience at another establishment, resulting in me booking her into the Grange. She helped calm my daughter down and even packed food and drinks for the journey home. This act of kindness is what is unfortunately missing in the world. Thank you Jane for everything x

The breakfast was fantastic, my wife had fresh fruit and yoghurt which she loved followed by toast and marmalade, and I had full English breakfast which was superb. Could not find fault.
