En suite. Great kitchen. Bit steep price wise for a YH. Kids travelling in their 20s can’t affford. Your inflated prices. You are supposed to be targeting the young! Prices for under 30s

We could use all their facilities while waiting for the evening ferry to Aberdeen +(Kitchen, restroom, bathroom). That was really helpful as the ferry went at 23:34. Nothing at all. All was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly, helpful staff and good, clean facilities Not really a problem but a mirror in room would be useful

The nice Lounge and to be able to use it after check out. The doors noises.
-
Quick response to our requests We were not informed that towels aren't mandatory. So, we needed to ask for them

Located just outside the main centre of Kirkwall and avoiding all the cruise tourists. It was a perfect location for some peace and quiet but not too far to get into town to do things. The staff were lovely and helpful. Everything was super clean every day. A really nice place to stay.

The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size. I was travelling alone, but for two people it is a good size too. I had to leave the room very early (5 am), and there was no clear information on where I had to put the linen.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, basic and simple set up made the stay straight forward and easy. The facilities were clean and instructions printed in many places to help. Pillows were decent and showers were good. Grass area was large enough for our dog to play on. Everything was fine for us.

This is one of the most comfortable hostels I have stayed. They were very accommodating with storage. They had a safe spot for our bike. They are down town. They had a kitchen and Laundry.
