Galleria Palms Hotel

Hotel was Nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. One of 2 elevators out of order. Overall nice stay and probably will stay again.

Everything was great from the early checkin,the hot fresh cookies and the very clean room. They greeted me with an welcoming smile,and very helpful. Thank for a wonderful experience.

Every time we stay in this hotel, we have a great time. Room clean, staff friendly and polite, and the AC and breakfast were good

The room at this hotel was wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable, and had 3 pillows per queen bed. We loved that the flooring was laminate instead of carpeting. The room appears to have been recently renovated. Parking was free and we had no problem finding a space. The area is very safe and we never worried about parking the car in the lot. The hotel is very close to Disney attractions, a definite plus. We had 2 breakfasts which is included in the very reasonable cost of the room. We were very satisfied with this hotel stay.

We would stay here again the breakfast and room was nice. The pool was getting maintenance done and we were a little disappointed it was closed during our stay. Everything else was great.

Good hotel ,

Rooms looked newly renovated. Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Overall great hotel and great price. Seemed to be centered close to most things I needed like the parks and Disney Springs. WiFi and TV was sketchy, going in and out a lot but we were too tired to watch much TV. Free parking was a bonus as well. Staff was a little loud early in the morning in the hallways, especially when we wanted to sleep in. But overall I would definitely stay again.

La localidad es perfecta queda cerca de todo, alrededores limpio, parqueo comodo, habitaciones comodas y limpias. El servicio excelente, desayunos muy buenos.

Great value for the area. Clean, great location, close to restaurant, wonderful price. Breakfast was average, but factoring in the price, it could not be beat.
