Great price point value for hotel so close to the park. Older hotel but fresh paint and remodeled.

My friend and I have stayed at this hotel about 8 times now. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is great if you are heading to Disney. The hot breakfast is a plus. My only complaint is the ice machines were both broken on my last visit but hopefully they will be fixed soon as we will be stayng again in October.

We stayed 2 nights. I will start off with the pros: the staff was amazing and so helpful, appreciated the free parking, and the breakfast was good with different varieties to choice from, also the beds and towels were clean. Now the cons: I paid for an upgraded room thinking it was going to be a newer room but this was not the case. Some of tables, lamps, chairs, and bathroom was very used and old and had staining. Some of the chairs had rips and tears and reminded me of the chairs you see on the side of the road. The couch was old and many of the drawers struggled to come out. The toilet tissue holder was rusted and coming out the wall. Also as stated in other reviews the door entry has a good size gap for any bugs to get through. Certain parts of the stair ways outside the hotel smelled of urine also none of the ice machines worked. Overall I would not stay here again and was happy we only stayed for just to night.

had to change rooms (3) times..leaking fridge..loose door lock…A/C started smoking and leaking a horrible chemical smell while i was in the room with my 1 year old. huge health hazard obviously, told multiple staff and noone really cared.

Loved this place will be booking here everytime we come that way. Staff was friendly and amazing and helped out so much

The guy in the front desk staff should be more welcoming and friendly, especially since they are the first point of contact for guests. I was initially planning to give a 5-star rating because overall our stay was good. However, during check-out on our last day, I noticed that he only smiled and greeted certain guests while seeming to ignore others. It came across as being selective and unwelcoming. A little more consistency and friendliness toward all guests would make a big difference.

This property is very nice. It is very well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each bed had 4 pillows and they were very comfortable. The air conditioning throughout the room was perfect. You change the temperature however you liked and it was one of the units next to the window making for easy access. The only thing I would say is the room had poor lighting with one light in the room and some lights over a vanity but the completion of the lights was weird. The bathroom was standard with a tub. Staff would come in and give fresh towels each day, change the trash and fix the beds. There was an ice machine on the 3rd floor out of order so you had to go all the way to the pool for ice. There is a laundry room that is 24/7 and a gym that has specific hours. The breakfast was good. Food was served buffet style with options such as eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits, sausage, make your own waffles, orange juice (but it tasted more like passion fruit), apple juice, water and coffee. The eggs were sometimes very wet. But overall good options. I would stay again.
