We booked last moment , as we want some break outof busy shedule , It was amazing , cheap , reasonable flight hotel car rental very good deal and aslo flight delayed so they take care of all acordongky

We love it here. As a family you rly can't ask for better on a budget

Staff members were the best pool was nice and clean also rooms were well kept will be visiting again

Was awakened at 8:30 am on a Saturday because of construction on the 5th floor. The original room was flooded. The lock on the second room didn't work. Rooms weren't cleaned very well. Still had hair in the sink and on the bed. Place is very very worn down, which is fine, but keep it clean at least. Also, feet turned black from dust/grime when walking around for 2 minutes in the room. Very unimpressed.

Even though the hotel was being renovated it was still clean and easy to access everything. The complimentary breakfast was nice, although it could have used a little more variety in some things like maybe a change of choices in muffins or yogurts each day. The staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient for getting to all the places we needed to during our stay.

Fantastic value at this hotel. Clean, functional, and practical. I recommend staying here if you are seeing the parks!

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y muy completo, la habitación siempre estuvo limpia y organizada, y las facilidades fueron excelentes. Todo estuvo muy bien cuidado y el servicio hizo que nuestra estadía fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomiendo y a la que volvería. ¡Todo fue perfecto!

My family of 6 was there August 12th thru August 17th, 2026...The front desk staff were very nice and got us checked in pretty quickly...the lobby was very clean...the bathrooms were very clean...the pool area was some what clean...the pool needed cleaned there were leaves, dirt, hair and a few bugs floating around in the pool...only 1 person of the housekeeping staff spoke English...we never got any kind of maid service until the day before we left and the only reason we got maid service that day was cuz we kept complaining to the front desk that we wanted a full cleaning service from the housekeeping staff...every day we had to chase the non English speaking housekeeping staff down to get towels or any supplies we needed for our room...everything we asked if we were getting maid service they told us not today..when we finally did see the housekeeping staff to get clean towels and clean sheets we were told we had to make our beds and take our trash downstairs to the front lobby...I'm on vacation and dont feel like chasing down the housekeeping staff to get towels and sheets..we shouldn't have to make the beds, get towels, sweep the floor and take the trash downstairs...yes I make my bed at home every day but when I'm on vacation and staying in a hotel I dont want to do any of that, thats what the housekeeping staff gets paid to do...we went to different theme parks and activities every day and didn't feel like chasing the staff down every day to get what we needed

Volvería a quedarme. Estaban terminando de pintar el hotel lo que hace que se vea más hermoso.. Lugar muy accesible con restaurantes de comida cerca, y servicio de desayuno que me encantó.

It was okay…only problem we really had was key cards would get deactivated every night so it got annoying after a while besides that it was okay and near a lot of stores

The room could have been more well kept. It wasn't the cleanest room.

The staff is helpful

The pool was dirty , the kids pool had a cloudy film in it and the the hot tub was dirty , there was a net to capture all the crap floating. , there was a man outside cleaning but never used the net . The walls in our room was dirty. The space was what we needed. The breakfast was fair but no meat no breast we over dosed on Nicky mouse waffles

Hotel was really convenient to all the parks was very clean. Pool and hot tub was fun and enjoyable
