El primer cuarto que nos asignaron sólo hice entrar y al observar las condiciones tan malas fui a la recepción y me lo cambiaron. El segundo cuarto que me asignaron sólo olía a cigarillo y la bañera estaba deprimente. Al segundo día pedí que lo limpiaran y al regresar de los parque, todavía olía a cigarillo. No es nada de que te muestran en las fotos, se nota que son arregladas con inteligencia artificial. Lo entregué 4 días antes de la fecha de salida y no me devolvieron nada. Tuvimos que alquilar un hotel para terminar nuestras vacaciones.

Whenever I go on vacation to any of the Disney parks, I stay at this hotel because it’s close to the parks, is within walking distance of some great restaurants, and most importantly, the staff there are very wonderful and, if I have any problem out need, it’s taken care of right away. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars & highly recommend it.

It was horrible. The room had cockroaches. The cockroaches, AC didn’t cool off the room, and management was beyond rude.

I had read reviews about roaches and terrible service so I tried to change hotels and they locked me in. Terrible just terrible.
