Clean and good staff very helpful and polite,clean room and good food

Ramada hotel but over charges at the end because they label themselves as a resort. It is cheap tho. So your room ain’t clean it’s old, hairs everywhere carpets in the halls are filthy. Will not be coming back, regardless of price

The room was clean and nice the pool was great close to everything it was great would stay there again

Yesenia was amazing! Great customer service .. she was attentive and friendly. I love the short walking distance to Walmart. Loved the clean room we stayed in the tower side even had a nice view and my daughter got to see fireworks from the comfort on the room (city view). The hotel had mini convenience store which was a plus. The hotel has two pools .. big ones. Clean as well.

This is my 5th., stay at Ramada. And I absolutely ❤️it. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. This time the only thing that I do have an issue with was trying to open my main room door. Even though the key card marked green, it would not open. And the room had only 1 light bulb working in the room. Bathroom and mirror area light worked perfectly.

We needed a hotel for just one night and this was really well priced and it was dog friendly. The rooms are a little outdated, but they keep them very clean. The only thing I would say is we had the light right outside our bedroom and that was in our room all night, long so very hard to sleep because of that light and the curtains didn’t fit to cover that light so if you are a sensitive light person and can’t sleep with light shining in the bedroom, you might wanna ask for like a different room than one of the outside drive-up rooms but other than that it was clean. It was perfect. It’s right by the interstate to go to either Disney or to get on the interstate to go home if you’re leaving Orlando.

We have stayed here multiple times we will continue to come back
