Clean room stocked well pool was amazing

the elevator in my building did not work and going and and down the stairs had my entire body hurting the next week

Our stay was very good. The room is a good size and very comfortable.

The proximity to Disney and many gift shops The icemaker did not work but ife was provided

The large pool with the waterslide was very nice and clean with plenty of chairs and a pool bar. The suite was also very clean and the resort staff was also very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend the resort.

Room was hot, and had a mildly smell to it lowered a/c down which helped but couldn't go lower than 2 degrees from where it was. No fans and no a/ccmeant no real good airflow

The location is great! The size of the apartment and the stocked kitchen. Honestly don’t have any complaints.

Late check out would be helpful especially for those who catch late flights

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and the amenities were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Everything was nice. The room, access to full kitchen & laundry washing & drying. The pool was nice. N/a

the bath tubs was not clean, sink stopped up, toilet barely flushing, the sofa was dirty and closet doors kept coming off the track in all 4 of my room. I was very disappointed I will never stay there again

Great stay no complaints will return next year.
