The 4 Bedroom Villa with ensuite bathrooms with all bedrooms was a great facility. The Living/Dining area was a great place for the family to spend time together. A great place for families. There was nothing that we did not like.

Very quiet and comfortable especially after long days at park beds comfortable and slept really well every night Very well kitted out kitchen in particular had everything we needed including a stove top kettle Excellent washing machine and drier clothes and towels washed and dried in no time The outside area with hottub was very well maintained Pool was never busy so had it all too ourselves Walmart only across the road and loads of fast food choices on our doorstep Felt very safe on site and kids were fine to go to and from pool by themselves Staff are friendly and helpful I stayed here because it gave me the space we needed With 3 teenagers If you want to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle and want to stay somewhere that has a resort feel then this is not the place However if you want space cleanliness and a touch of luxury and dont mind driving this is for

Very clean and spacious. The villa was well equipped. Close to all kinds of dining options and some shopping. Gym hours were not flexible enough for me

Great location near Disney World. The property was safe, clean and spacious. Great location overall for a young family. Would be nice to have smart TVs to allow easier device connection but this is a plus.

Our stay at Wyndham Magic Vacation Villas was just okay. The accommodation itself was fine, but unfortunately the overall resort experience was disappointing. The resort was extremely quiet and felt very isolated. There really wasn't much going on or much to do, and at times the whole place felt more like a ghost town than a vacation resort. We were expecting a little more atmosphere, activity and a livelier vacation experience. If you're looking for somewhere very peaceful and secluded, it may suit you, but for us it lacked the atmosphere and amenities that make a vacation enjoyable. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but it certainly wasn't somewhere we would choose to return to. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend it, particularly for anyone looking for a resort with plenty to do and a bit of life and atmosphere.

It felt like the staff were more focused on finding reasons to charge extra fees than providing good customer service. My flight was delayed by 16 hours due to severe weather in Orlando, yet I was still charged for the first night with no understanding of the situation. The place also had several maintenance issues, including insects that caused my daughter to suffer an allergic reaction, broken electrical outlets, and an old TV with poor picture quality. On my departure day, I was instructed to leave by 10:00 AM and warned not to be late. After staying nearly 18 nights, I checked out only a short time later and was charged an additional $170, on top of the first-night charge. I would also like to mention an employee named Eric, whose attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. His behavior made an already disappointing experience even worse. I will not be returning, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Location and staff cooperation The check out policy which is really difficult to manage by guests. There should be room of flexibility even with extra fees or charges Also, i found dead cockroach in the ground level restroom. Early check-up before guest arrival shall be conducted by your staff Finally, there’s one person from your staff came to check the back yard tub without a proper notification which violating our privacy. Your administration team shall alert and give them heads up for such improper action.

It was very good; I loved it. I stayed for 5 nights. It is perfect for families with small children. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend it 100%—I love it.
