The apartment is in a great location, very clean, and nicely maintained. The pool is fantastic and really adds to the experience. There was no safe in the apartment (I asked for one!) and no window bars. Thieves stole our valuables by entering through a window from a guarded (?) area of the same property. Owner suggested to focus on our insurance and close windows.

Great location ,very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room was cleaned up everyday and breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits ,fresh juices, and egg options. Just 10 mins away from the beach. To have a generator when there are power cuts.

Very quiet setting, luscious and spacious Appartments, cutest pool with see views... Had a very good time and the customer service was top! Thank you Nothing

I loved the pool - it was clean and the sun beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy, with a range of choices including egg if I wanted. The room was very spacious, clean, and the aircon was good. I found it difficult to lock the door, especially as a solo female traveller I wanted to lock myself inside in the night, but it required switching the sliding door if I wanted to lock it on the way out. I booked the apartment through booking.com as it was a prepayment on card. When I got there I realised the card payment wasn’t taken and they asked for cash which I did not have ready. I found this quite inconvenient.

The property was clean , confortable and secure. Electricity was cut 3 times during our stay and luckily the apartment has a generator.

Lara was kind enough to refund me for the days I did not stay. Dismissive attitude of the management Thick green limescale on taps Poor communication,- after some initial attempts to communicate my concerns, I did not feel free to continue doing so as the responses I got were not helpful. Some of the furnishings could do with more care or replacement as there were stains on the sofa bed. For the entire stay I was only entitled to 2 small 350ml bottles of water, anything else would incur an extra charge. This was difficult because I could not use the tap water which was already a health hazard. Eventually I was given one more which I had to ration.

I enjoyed the place and the friendliness of the host and the personnes. Great breakfast, always very nice and a big smile to start the day. The host is dedicated and makes sure we always get what we need. Beautiful place, close to the beach and to some shops and facilities. I will surely go back to this place

The staff was very helpful and friendly The absence of a generator when there was no electricity as well as wifi issues which were affected by the rains

The apartment was spacious, great terrace with sea view and a nice swimming pool right next to the terrace. Great place for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Once you get a feeling of how Zanzibar/Kiwengwa is, there is not much to dislike. Just the harsh reality of the living conditions of the locals (but this is actually a good lesson for the kids - to see how spoiled they are in Europe).

Absolutely perfect, right in front of the beach, full of light and very calm. The host Lara is adorable and ready to help at anytime. we’ll repeat for sure :)
-
Quiet place A little expensive and the staff was not so good in detalils.. They didn't check the shower gel, towels... And the breakfast was poor and the same every day.

An assistant is ready, the private beach is beautiful, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. They provide travel opportunities and there are wonderful people there. The security is perfect.

Peaceful vibe, super friendly staff. great location.

The apartment was very spacious and laid out, with 2 very nice rooms! The shower was fantastic along with the complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The walk to the beach was further than I realised, I thought we were much closer. Also not really a negative but a suggestion to have a mat by the patio door to wipe/dry your feet. We often went into the pool and then would grab something from the apartment and it was a bit slippery

Big apartment, with a well furnished kitchen, beautiful view from the terrace. Breakfast with delicious fruits and a lot of smile from the locals. The air conditioning is present and works very good but it is located in the living room, so in the bedroom you don’t have it. However there are ceiling fans in every room.

Very nice spacious apartment decorated with local african art. It is just 5min by walk from the sea. Weak breakfast, but u can do yours one in app.

The location was great, beautiful view from the balcony and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself. No Air con in the bedrooms. The description states there's air conditioning so I expected it to be throughout not just in the sitting room/kitchen area. Breakfast was inconsistent some days you got fruit, yoghurts and sausages other days you didn't.
