There were different options of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. Next to the beach, water slides, events at night. Water slides were not available for the full length of time, the person in charge shut them up sooner. The food quality was okay, not great and cold food felt unsafe to eat because of all the flies and lack of someone supervising. The rooms were cleaned daily, but on the last day we were not given fresh towels. The game room was not open at all/not operating. The pools for children were very dirty and not cleaned. The massage offers were extremely expensive.

- Design of lobby. - Lobby bar. - Hauskeeper cleaned the room everyday. - Safe to put your valuable stuffs. - Birthday party of hotel. - Animator Ata. - At the hotel, everywhere 200 ml packed mini water, which is quite practical. - Game center at the hotel. - Coiffeur at the hotel. - There are two pools. - Hotel is not too big and not too little. This makes it ideal sized hotel. You can reach every corner of hotel without getting tired. - There are shopping stores around the hotel and people are friendly. - Service at the restaurant is pleasent but service at the alacarte restaurant is very good. - Sunbeds at the beach are comfortable. - There are sun blinds at the beach. - Sellers at the hotel does not disturb to sell their products extremely. - Mini bar is filled once in a week. They just bring a bottle of water everyday. - They did not bring an iron board to the room. - Isolation of rooms are poor. In the night, we even heard our snooring naighbour. - One of 2 lifts was broken and lift to be repaired takes almost 2 days. - Animation shows are not sufficient. 2 times, they did not perform the shows, what they informed during the day. - Coctails like pinocolado, sex on the beach etc are chargeable. - The taste of foods in the patisserie and the taste of coffee are not nice. At least, a proper coffee machine for patisserie can be bought. - The smell of toilets. - Whilst shower, the water temperature changes constantly. This situation makes the shower experience unpleasant. - Plates are always dirty at the restaurant. Wash tabs have to be changed as soon as possible and the dishes have to be rinsed before placing in wash machine. - Sunbeds around the pool are discomfortable. - Guestrelation is not friendly. Whilst alarcarte restaurant reservation, what we saw is a moody person with a sulky face. It could be understandable for any other stuff at the hotel but for a guestrelation stuff, this is unacceptable. - Fitness center is poor. You have to be too creative to be able to train your muscle groups.
