Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and all the facilities were in great condition. The pools, beach, and gardens were clean and enjoyable. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely come back again. Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well managed, clean, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The staff was great and worked hard to accomodate our requests. The place was family friendly. There were plenty of activities for the kids. The place is a little dated. The beach is rockier than expected compared with other parts of Side.

The main language of the hotel is Russian. The reception answers the phone in Russian, the shows and the animation is mainly in Russian. This was quite disappointing for us who don't speak Russian at all.

Great amenities for families: pools, water park, luna park, etc. Good quality food with large selection for each meal of the day. Especially French fries! Pistachio gelato (need to catch when it is in rotation though)!

Especially customer relations team was excellent. They were so helpful! They try everything to help you! Bartenders are rude and arrogant, the rest of the staff were so polite and helpful.

Amazing family getaway! The resort is clean, beautifully designed. We especially loved the 24/7 Cookers Cellar à la carte restaurant, which was included and offered great food anytime we wanted. We really enjoyed the pools, the food, aqua park, and kids club team and their activities were fantastic. The resort was spotless and the staff were warm and helpful. The aqua park, kids club, and luna park are a bit far from the main building, main pool, and the beach. While there’s a shuttle, it was sometimes tricky with our infant needing frequent naps, making the back and forth a bit tiring. This wouldn’t be an issue if you’re not traveling with an infant. Also, the amphitheater is far from the kids’ show area in the kids club, so we often missed the beginning of the adult animation shows. Nonetheless, it was still an amazing stay for our family.

It was okay, lots of local people, most of them Man. Little bit messy and not clean. Staff friendly, but overwhelmed. Little bit dirty and overcrowded by local men, definitely minus. Location on countryside.

Very nice facilities, most of stuff are very friendly. You can take food out of restaurant and bring it to room for example, which is very very comfortable with children. At the restaurant when they were cooking fish all restaurant was smelling fish tooo much. Some food was or tooo salty or without salad at all. For example pasta all without salt at all. Generally it’s huge variety of food and you can find what to eat, some thing are very yummy but not all. By the way there is a food all the time 7/24.

The beach was okay.. They say it is a 5 star resort but it is only just a 4 star resort. Nice picture online but when you are there it looks awful!

Nice beach with nice pier, nice pool. Very clean. The room was comfortable. Overall I was satisfied. A lot of facilities, I didn't even visit them all. One night, there was a performance by a fantastic band on the main stage, which was a very pleasant surprise. I didn't expect this level of performance at a resort hotel. There were enormous amounts of food at the buffet, but it could have been better. The coffee and soft drinks at the buffet were below mediocre. The whiskey was terrible. You can find better drinks at separate bars, but the wine there is also bad. After growing tired of the buffet, I tried the Deep Sea restaurant, hoping for something better; it was basically the same but with fewer choices. I don't usually complain about service, but many of the waiters were poorly trained.

Dirty rooms. The floor was wash only after leaving tips. Walls dirty with mosquitoes, broken shower, air conditioner and etc. Quit old hotel and dirty. The food regular, nothing special. If you travel with kids better ask for rooms next to aqua-park, rooms there renovated and a bit better as well as it is calm there. In the main building you will hear disco and etc.

The lakehouse we stayed was great. Lovely view outside of the room. The last few days we stayed the hotel was packed. Queues for food and drinks.

The property in general is good. It was super crowded but things were under control. The main restaurant was pretty good and food tasted good in general. The timings of the facilities doesn’t make sense at all.. the Aqua park close between 12pm and 2 pm and close again at 5 pm!! It is summer time and it was extremely hot, so I didn’t get why they had to close so early! Plus, the food corner open directly after lunch and close at 4 pm which gives no time at all to eat or have dessert between the lunch and dinner! No restaurant except the 24h restaurant is working that time and if you are at the aqua park you won’t be able to eat anything till dinner time! I believe they really have to rethink their timings
