Lovely room overlooking pools and beach. Food was really good with a lot of fresh options throughout the day including great buffets, patisserie and bar snacks. Good quality drink options. Pool was cold but not too cold to swim it. Good animation team, kids disco, evening entertainment etc. Lots of space in pools and waterpark. Only downsides were that the beach was sometimes left dirty with used plastic cups and plates. More signage to ask people to clear up after themselves or extra attention to litter picking in that area would be good. Was noisy up until 11 to midnight every night with entertainment if you wanted to go to bed earlier. A lot of shaded areas around the pools so sometimes had to move to catch the sun, but the beach was fantastic all day long.

Some of the stuff could speak a few languages and were extremely helpful. Not a good location. It’s in the middle of nowhere. You can change beach towels only once a day which is terrible. The water park is dangerous. Workers don’t look when they release people, so I was riding right into a child and pushing him down the waterslide which could result in injuries for both of us. Hotel staff did not clean the room often enough. The hotel did not provide a shampoo which is insane for all inclusive hotels, so I had to request it. My mother requested it too but it wasn’t provided for her and my sister. Food was very strange. It did not feel like authentic Turkish cousin.

A buffet. A great selection of food, especially meat, fish and poultry. Also a lot of green - salads, vegetables and vast amount of fruits. I was able to restore my normal diet. The swimming pools are large and also there are cool pools inside. There is a good programmes for everyone, including adults and children. The sea beach is good and there is enough space for everyone. The aquapark inside the hotel is great. A buffet. A bit of overcrowded even it there is a place for everyone, you must to go a long way in a restaurant to grab a food and go to your table, also its quite noisy. Also we had 2 visits to in-house restaurants included in our stay but they were overbooked and nobody offered us in advance to book them. A room. Dryers on balcony are too small. There was a leak in the bathroom The cleaning was not perfect and a lot of days was skipped

Exceptional

Lovely and clean lots of sun beds , spacious rooms, nice big pools that were very cold tho ! Plenty of good choice and plenty of food places. The bar staff were rude and quite arrogant in the way they spoke to guests. The cleaners were the nicest people there!! No atmosphere felt abit flat and entertainment wasn’t great sadly repetitive same thing most evenings

Food is great, many things to try Overcrowded, you can’t even walk properly, finding tables for food always a problem, you need to wake up at 7am to go and put towels on the pool otherwise no space, they gave us downstairs family room, it was a disaster, then they changed the top floor but land view, not happy with the room at all, soo many local guests, good for kids but in a week they closed the water park many times because of some kids poo in the pool, not bad hotel but I will not go there again.

This hotel is not 5* it’s 3* at best. The wood in the bedrooms is rotting, the aircon in the central areas is terrible, the food is average. The gym is tiny and lots of things are broken and there is no mini golf. Whilst then resturant and bar staff are lovely, the reception and guest relations staff are unhelpful.

food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers ?) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly. a couple of things could do with improving and if these were spot on, I would have given a 10. the gym lacked equipment, mainly dumbbells (not many) and the ac in the room didn’t work. even though we went in October, it was too warm to get a good night sleep without the ac, however everything else was so good that over all a good experience

the rooms was not clean nothing

poor staff service, they lack customer service. Orkan and Meht are rude, they don’t make you feel like your a customer.
