Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Klamath Falls

There is a fee for using a credit card to pay for the stay. Very odd since most facilities require a major credit card. The property does not measure up to what the website describes. Certainly not worth $100+ per night.

Convenient, right price. All good

No parking allowed in front of my room, so had to park across the lots. There is a pool but is not open. It is a dangerous public nuisance as it has a gate, but no lock on the gate. Pool appears to have water in it but is covered. Would not stay here, especially fir the price.

Ice machine was broken, pool was in disrepair and covered up and no Wi-Fi.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

After our stay, we contacted both the hotel manager and Hotels.com to follow up. Despite the photos and documentation we provided, the hotel manager denied the refund request through Hotels.com. As a result, we have still not received a refund. We were also told by locals that this is considered a "working" hotel, which was not something we were aware of before booking. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here. The condition of the room, the handling of our complaint, and the refusal to honor what we were told at the front desk were extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage others to stay elsewhere.

Affordable, clean rooms. Good value. I just wish the check-in could be earlier. 4:00PM check-in for a passing traveler is way too late.

Always like staying here for work traveling. The only drawback is that the TV options aren’t very good.

Very clean and quiet, nice location couldn’t hear the highway. Ice machine was out but front desk offered a bag. No coffee machine inside room.

Good room in a good motel. Easy access on the main route, but just far enough off the highway that it wasn't noisy. It was a long walk to the nearest place to eat.

Upon arrival the room was so thick with bleach, which, from after more inspection was probably to clean up after a murder. We had to leave the window wide open and leave while the fumes disapated. If there had been a note honest review, I myself would not have booked here.

Room was super clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location.
