Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

This was the worst Super 8 I stayed in room 111. I have ever stayed at, bar none. The exterior was filthy. There were stray cats everywhere. There was trash all along the perimeter. The room stunk to high heaven. Smelled like a cat box. I went to Walmart and bought air fresheners and spray. The tub had black dirty rings in it. The chair was so stained we covered it with a plastic bag before sitting on. There was enough toilet paper for 2 uses. There was one towel and one washcloth. Luckily we had some tissue and our own pillows. I will attach some pictures. The dog wasn’t even willing to stay. If we would have had a choice we would have left.

It was easy to find and 10 minutes from family, right next to subway and a gas/truck stop. My room keys barely worked on the outside doors and stopped working on the second day. I had to go down to get let in only to be told my key was active, which didn't work for any doors. The housekeeping let my uncle in and didn't check id or anything and the room was under my name only. I asked for a first floor got an email saying I would get a second floor only to be put on the 3rd floor which resulted in my grandma having to stay with family as she couldn't climb up 3 flights of stairs. I also asked for a non smoking only to be placed in a smoking room which as an ex smoker whatever but my uncle shouldn't have to deal with that. We didn't shower as the tub had dead bugs in the soap spot. The box springs were gross with stains. The chair was ripped a lot. I have stayed at many super 8 in the last decade and this is 1 I will never recommend. As a former housekeeper you need to train your employees better.

Great price and they allow pets. Took my two cats on a vacation....and my wife is suppose.lol No coffee pot in the room. Only 1 towel in my room. A bit dirty too. No elevator for a 3 story building. Breakfast was cereal and wrapped bread and bagels. The coffee was good though. I also had to take out the dirty filter in the ac to make it work. A bit of maintenance is needed at your hotel

The first room we checked into was not functional: the door to the bathroom was off its hinge and wouldn't close. We asked to be moved, and the second room was much better. The staff was friendly and helpful. No pool or gym area, so not many amenities to speak of, but overall the stay was fine once we got a functioning room.

The hallway and stairs were dirty. The continental breakfast was not good with toast and yogurt. The toilet was clogged so they asked us to move to another room. We pack everything up, moved, just to walk into another families room. We then waited for them to find a toilet plugged to fix the toilet and moved back into our first room. Other tenants were very loud waking us up at 4:30 am. Not a fun time. Why don't they give a discount when its been a hassle?

Affordable Not a good breakfast, and I pulled the sheets back and the whole side of the mattress was filthy and very uncomfortable old mattresses lumpy

First room I was given someone had used and the bed was undone. The second room smelled of mildew and the bathtub was gray. I left.

There first room I was given smelled and the bed was small. The office manager had me try another room. I asked for an upgrade. This was better but I had no car and this is a property you need a car. There was nothing to do at the motel.

THERE was nothing much to like. It was quiet. The place was kind of dirty. Unkempt, unsavory people wondering around outside.Stayed out of necessity. Would not stay there again. Don't recommend it. No lamp shade on one of the lamps.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room however was mediocre at best. The tub in the shower bowed when you stepped in. (We weight 240-250lbs each. We have never had a tub bow under a single person in any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.) Blankets were torn and stained. No glass plate in the microwave, just the track for it to sit on. One bath towel in the room. The air conditioner was the best feature in this hotel.

needs for improvement though the staff are very nice. near the hiway,gas station and restaurants

Terrible smell and disgusting washroom, rug was not vacuumed. Horrible experience

The room smelled clean but the hallways smelled moldy.

Stairway carpet was so dirty. Bathtub surface peeling off. Toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I used my disinfectant wipes on it, Had to go down and ask for a hand and bath towel No blanket on bed, Mattress worn out. Pour room lighting. Never going back!

My team wouldn't even spend the night the rooms were so bad

Toilet was flashing properly and make noise when flashing. There was only one Bath towel. Breakfast was pretty plain.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. The only downfall is I was on the third floor and no elevator.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY BASIC- CEREAL, TOASTER WAFFLES OR BISCUIT, COFFEE, TEA, MILK, JUICE, SMALL YOGURTS. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY A PROTEIN OPTION AT BREAKFAST WOULD HELP, OTHERWISE IT WAS ALL AS EXPECTED

Towels and bedding had stains. The bed also was grainy feeling and the mattress was terrible. There was still trash from previous occupants under the beds. The room had ants and was very dark. Shower was okay, parking was fine. The staff was nice enough. It's alright if you need a place to crash for a night but really not great.
