Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Klamath Falls

Pool was small and crowded. Breakfast was good. Beds were ok.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are professional.

This was a nice surprise….right on the lake in an area that is obviously going through an uplift. Hotel is pretty new and the breakfast was just fine. Workout facility was limited but I at least was able to get a sweat.

very very clean hotel right on Klamaths Lake.

Hotel location was great. Walkable to several stores & restaurants. Also easy access to the fwy & main roads. Room was clean & big. Bathroom was also clean & big. There’s only a very small fridge in the room & limited places to hang towels. Breakfast was good.

We try to check in at 5 pm, but our room still not ready to check in.

No issues this trip. Nice facility in excellent condition.

The only issue here was on arrival, after the 4pm stated check in time the room was not ready. Took staff 15 minutes to determine if the room was ready. It was not, they stated it was still being cleaned. I asked for another room.. After driving 550 miles I did not feel like waiting around fort hem to prepare a room. They were able to give us another room. This should have been done in. the first place. I should not have had to ask for them to do this. All other aspects of this hotel are excellent.

Had a fourth floor run with a lakeview....beautiful! Loved the continental breakfast! Walking distance to several restaurants. Highly recommend.

Bed was very uncomfortable. I have stayed at many different Marriotts and this was my least liked one. It almost doesn’t seem like a Marriotts. Sorry to say.

And never remember having a fire alarm with a light on it over my bed that blinked all night long I won’t be staying in Marriott anymore and I will let all my friends know because some people have a hard time sleeping having the light on all night was ridiculous. I was sorry about that. I know it has to be done is what they said at the front desk.

Near the water and walking paths Lots of bugs don’t know if it was due to weather.

Stayed one night. Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, which was not a major issue. However, I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the front desk was unable to resolve the issue. I was directed to contact the IT service line, but unfortunately they were also unable to assist.

A nice hotel with a good breakfast and a short walk into town.

this is a beautiful new property with an attentive staff, great breakfast and lovely nature path to enjoy.

The breakfast was extensive and well-prepared. Nothing to dislike. Great value for the money.

The room is clean.
