Male staff member was unkept…Shirt too small…sweatpants… The combo bath/shower has laminate base pealing…dark grout around lower wall tiles…Grout around The sink was dark and dirty looking… The interior walls of the microwave were rusted at the corners…Didn’t USE it! The TV setting wouldn’t communicate with the remote…Took Two visits by staff to get it to work…No channel Directory available… Door Lock Batteries died…couldn’t get into the room..Male Staff member rescanned my card..had me try it…Then had another staff member try it before indicating the batteries must be bad…Them and only then did we go to the room and replace the batteries! I will not be returning to the Maverick Hotel!

The room was clean and tidy. Check in was smooth and the Manager was accommodating for our request for a ground floor room. Thankyou!

The room was clean but the bathtub had peeling paint all on it.

I arrived in Klamath Falls in early morning by train and with my bicycle. Staff were kind enough to let me check in early. Location very convenient to dining and the train station. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Comfy bed and lovey air conditioner. Towels were really thin and small but everything else was great for the price we paid.

I loved my stay here. The hotel was easily walkable from the Amtrak station and is in a wonderful location in downtown K falls. The staff was helpful, room was clean, location was great. Hard to ask for better.

We slept with our clothes on - on top of the bedding. We were too exhausted to complain and change hotels. At the desk the next morning the clerk told us that they need to lint roll all the sheets because of the hair. Would not stay here again.

The floors of our room felt nasty before the freezer malfunction.

The owner is a sweet man from India, we shared a nice conversation about life and how to live happy. Love this place.

It was clean, helpful staff, and affordable prices. Beds we're comfortable and clean.

This motel is wonderful. The price was reasonable and the room had been recently renovated. Highly recommended.

The proximity to both the Amtrak station and the downtown area is excellent. I will stay at The Maverick most anytime I am in Klamath Falls!

Got in late, so main interest was going to bed. AC worked, everything was clean and bed was good. Woke in the morning and left promptly. Definitely would stay again.

You get what you pay for. It’s super cheap for a reason but if you’re just here for a night or passing through it works. Bed was comfy!

AND terrific location near highway and importantly terrific cafes/food places. I didn't need air conditioning. I totally recommend this place and plan to use again later this month.

clean, basic, all good

Room had conditioner, but no soap or shampoo so had to ask for it. Tub/shower had nothing on surface to prevent slipping. Furnishing/lighting good. Not esp. quiet or noisy...hard to tell as seemed it was far from full at this point in year and week.
