Majestic Inn And Suites

Our first 7 nights was fine. It was when we decided to stay an extra night. First, we had to change rooms to a more expensive room, ok, then the sheets had a stain on them, a black dot with an X over it, ok. We checked out the next day. Then, we decided to stay another night. They put us in the same room we had just checked out of, still ok, then, just out of curiosity, I checked the sheets for the stain AND IT WAS STILL THERE! They had NOT changed sheets for the next people to stay in the room! Thank goodness, it was us... I wonder tho ' ...how many people slept on the unwashed sheets before we had? We will NEVER stay there again!

Location No hooks, shelves for toiletries, shower did not have a shelf for soap or shampoo, bed was hard Dirty linens left in shower Food left in fridge

Location You get what you pay for

Very satisfied and content with my accomodations , looking forward to having a great time in town and seeing all there is to offer. Love to be more aquainted with the nature trails and Camp sites on location.

The floor needed some additional cleaning attention. Otherwise, the linens and the rest of the room was very clean. The location was convenient.

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional during our stay. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect - across from a large grocery store and multiple food options. Also one of the best rates available in Klamath Falls.

Not a thing !!! that man in the office was so fricken hateful/ rude I’ll never ever go there again you guys at booking double booked my rm so I couldn’t cancel one of them cuz I had no pin ?? and he wouldn’t help me I came in at 11 pm with my son with me he said to bad I’m not giving you a rm and I’m charging you for BOTH rms for two night this is bs and I’ll dispute this charge with my bank and he also put an addition charge of 29.99 from Florida ?!? WTH this rip off crap Whole place is a joke !!!

I came off the road at 4am was on my bike it was cold that night and was extremely tires and they wouldn't rent me a room even though I did book it on line. He said was to early to check in come back at 4pm I needed sleep then not at 4pm

The room was totally quiet even with guests on each side of me. I did notice some traffic noise when awake, but was never woken up by anything. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean room. The only peeve was the bathroom lighting was not great for shaving. Took a bit for the hot water to arrive but it was good and hot.
