My daughter was to afraid to stay there and we had to find another hotel

The room showed its age. The room was acceptable, but could have been cleaner. Obvious water conservation plan in place as both sink and shower had spray nozzles that restricted water flow. Overall the inside and outside condition, motel personnel interactions, and rest achieved was a bargain. I will be back…

The room I stayed in was either next to a smoking room or people were smoking outside my door, unfortunately. Also, someone was playing music past 11 o’clock at night and I couldn’t go to sleep.

Exceptional

Pet friendly which was great, decent size pool that looked and smelt pretty clean even outdoor The staff is so rude, not accommodating and my family and I have been coming to this motel for over 10 years when we come to visit family.

The room was fine, old and had scratches in the sink and toilet had chew marks from a dog, but mostly clean. A couple of the house keepers were extremely nice but some of the staff were not. We requested a down stairs room on the website and called the location two days before we arrived. When we got there they said they didn't have any available rooms downstairs. The front desk person that was there at night suggested we request to be moved the next morning before check out. When we went to make that request we were rudely told " they didn't do that". We were staying there for 9 nights and wanted a downstairs room because I have bad knees and it was a lot of going up and down stairs. Even after telling them this and letting them know we requested a downstairs before we even arrived, they still refused to accommodate in any way. Will not be staying there again.

Nothing Walked in the room and instantly smelt like piss floor was dirty turned around and cancelled the stay

Location, value Floor had dog hair all over. I got a broom from the front desk and cleaned it. Pool wasn't clean. Cloudy water

The help is exceptional.

Passable

Room was very clean and well stocked. There were no off smell or odors. Next to one of my all time favorite restaurants. Wifi worked as promised although you had to re-enter the password daily. Overall, I have no complaints. No comment.

Had a pool Bed was to small

really run down. no maintenance. to expensive for what you get. i had to have main floor. booked it a few months ago. they gave it away and put me on the second floor. i had a really hard time climbing the stairs.

Out side property smells too bad. Room smells with bad cigarette oder even though it suppose to be clean when its allocated for family with young children. Bedsheets were not cleaned or changed. Restrooms were not cleaned.
