The staff was friendly but the room smelt stuffy and it was non smoking but it seemed like ppl did smoke in there. Also the bed sheet looked like it had not been changed and hair on pillows the walk ways to the room were filled of small bugs and mosquitos. Bed quality wasnt that great either. There was mold in shower.

As soon as entering the room, bed was not made right. Shower was so small that the water flooded out into the bathroom floor. Toilet did not have a seat cover. Mattress had old blood stains and a bad odor. Make sure to check your room before settling in.

Our first night there were people being loud and making it difficult to sleep. They were right above us. When I Che led in the bed sheets had oil stains all over them. I think I can afford better.

Location and the AC was good No coffee maker or fridge the two tiny pillow on the bed

Not much with the exception of a friendly staff and reasonable clean room. Uncomfortable mattress, people talking outside all hours of the night. Dirty parking lot with cigarette buts everywhere.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The stairs and walkways could be better. The parking seemed limited.

The man at the reception is the star of this place. He was courteous, respectful and friendly. He should be working in a 5 star hotel. No refrigerator, room was quite small. The bathroom was almost as big as the room.

Room did not have either a refrigerator or microwave. Not a big problem for me as I was only staying one night. However, if you are planning a longer stay, check with desk manager if your room will have these two items.

Very convenient location, great parking, right next-door to big Bear diner made for an easy breakfast and dinner selection.
