The pool and hot tub were closed all 3 days. I specifically booked for the pool. I was never told, even when I asked about it at check in, that it would be closed. I asked for a discount and was told yes, but never recieved one even after a follow up call. Hotels need to be more accountable for false advertising and let people know when amenities will be closed and not available. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good, but also, it is next to an airbase that practices jet takeoffs after 9 in the morning. Super loud.

We did have the unfortunate experience of a domestic fight on the 3rd floor, very late at night (near midnight), right outside our door. I would not dare open the door for fear of safety. But before I could call 911 it appeared someone else did (perhaps the front desk person) and 2 sheriffs showed up. That took care of the problem. It was unfortunate to lose the needed sleep. No fault of the hotel! I’d stay again for sure but request ground floor to avoid any riff raff.

First, I am a clean freak. So I have unusually high standards for cleanliness. I would rate this hotel cleanliness at a three out of five and maintenance two out of five stars. So tell must be close to 20 years old and right next to a bowling alley and a bar if that's your thing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful . It was quiet to sleep and this Microtelis better than some of the other hotels locally. I do not know how their breakfast is, I left early.

Nice place to stay. Across the way is a bowling alley / bar and grill.

Front desk gentlemen was extremely professional polite and attentive. Even upgraded us to a jacuzzi but i must be honest and the hotel is Very outdated, dirty furniture and carpet.
-
The staff were all great and helpful, but the location is definitely understaffed. The pool and hot tub were unavailable which was one of the main reasons I booked this location because I was traveling with my grandkids.
-
Staff were nice.
-
Call and check to see if the pool is able to be used

We stayed one night and found everything clean, organized and comfortable. The Front Desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We plan to stay here again. Thank you.
-
Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean The room was too small and the bed was very uncomfortable. It said in ad that the bed was a queen, it sure felt small for a queen.
-
The location was safe, the price was exceptional, the accommodations in the price are unbeatable, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The furniture and carpet needs cleaning. The air conditioner rattled making it hard to sleep.

Helpful but not timely. Door was getting stuck, keys did not work so too much going up and down. Breakfast was basic could add more fruits and options for vegetarians.
-
No wifi.. called desk and went down 3 times. No pool or spa. .. Thank goodness it was only 1 night.. Poor ladies at desk could only do there jobs and say sorry but who ever owns that property needs to fix there problems . I would have gotten another hotel i loved the look of pool and spa only reason I stayed.

Would never stay here again.

The bed was uncomfortable. One side felt like the whole box spring and mattress was broken so my husband would keep sliding off.
-
A no frill hotel, basic small room with old fashioned amenities
