Sports facilities The mosquitoes completely ruined our stay. We were covered in bites, and there was no mosquito control at the hotel. We asked to leave early because of it, but they didn’t agree at first. The beach club was disappointing too. Hotel guests could only use a tiny area on the beach with just three loungers, and the sea wasn’t nice for swimming. Breakfast was very basic with very limited options. The hotel is also very far from everything. Since we visited during the low season, almost everything around was closed, so the area felt like a ghost town. In the end, the hotel agreed to let us leave one day early, and we moved to Bangkok.

The extra change of the sauna I didn’t like the location also I didn’t like when the boy of this reception come to my room when I was with the doctor to check my father, and he started to take a picture of my father on the room

Great stay overall. The beach club is a big highlight — perfect place to relax. The facilities are excellent, especially the gym and the Olympic-size pool. The room was comfortable, and the bed was very cozy — slept really well. Breakfast could be better with a wider variety of food options.

The property itself is visually appealing and has potential given its location and facilities The service level was extremely disappointing and fell far below any reasonable standard for a hotel of this caliber. Staff members were unresponsive and unprofessional, making the overall experience frustrating rather than relaxing. For the price paid, the lack of basic hospitality and attention to guest needs is unacceptable.

Other than that, it’s a good hotel — we enjoyed our stay, although it’s a bit far from the center (about 300 Thai baht each way by Bolt). The best beach club in Krabi. Recommended — just don’t compromise on the room you originally booked!

Upon our places to stay, after a lot of digging we found this gem of a hotel. It really has a lot going for it, also it is 2 years old so I would definately recommed it without hesitation in terms of cleanliness and new facilities (olympic pool etc) that others don't have in the area. We had an amazing stay, we will probably stay again if we come back to Krabi. The fact that is a fairly new hotel, it is well kept still so no bad surprises, to be seen in the future.

Amazing hotel, very beautiful, super nice staff, free yoga class, good food! Excellent location with beach club (top) and private beach. I really want to give this hotel a 10, but I can't, for one but major reason only: every morning I got waken up at 5am by the extremely loud and unpleasant muezzin call from the mosque in the next village. It destroyed my sleep and it's the last thing I want to hear on my vacation. I cannot sleep with earplugs and honestly the hotel should warn in advance about this. Really too bad.

I will be back :) The *only* downside of this hotel is that it does not have a direct beach access. If you calculate the cost of the beach club into your overall spend, it is a pretty good deal.

Wonderful resort in the perfect location in Krabi, surrounded by nature, great pools, very nice food and super welcoming staff! Cannot smoke on the balcony however there are few designated areas outside rooms an restaurants
