The hotel is right on the beach, and we chose a room that has a balcony that opens up to the beach/restaurant area. Room was nicely decorated with great lighting. Bathroom was spacious, and staff were very accommodating. Shower never got hot, though it's usable. While room did have view of the beach, the view is quite obstructed since there are big trees right outside. There's also usually no one at the front desk, but the staff are around/at the restaurant if you need something.

The view from the balcony with the sea was awesome. Gina, the owner was very friendly and the food at her italian restaurant was very good (the best real carbonara that I ate at a restaurant) and the pizza too. Also everyone from the staff was always ready to help you. Klong Muang it's a very nice beach and I really suggest to give it a chance instead of Ao Nang.

The property is in a wonderful location, right on the beach at Koh Kwang Beach. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with a large shower and overall it was very comfortable. Breakfast on the beach is very good. I couldn’t book a sea view room online, and tried to upgrade when I arrived at the property, but I was told that the sea view rooms were fully booked. That was not the case, there were still rooms available, maybe the staff didn’t want to do the extra effort to clean the sea view rooms or had other reasons not to upgrade us. The problem with the non sea-facing rooms is that they are dark, have no view ( they are facing a dark alley going from the main road to the beach, and only two meters apart from the rooms on the opposite side of the alley). For privacy you end up living with the curtains closed and no natural light at all, there is no view at all, you can’t even sleep with the window open and are forced to use the air con all the time. The location is great, but do yourself a favor and book only the sea view rooms.

Great location right on the beach. Breakfast offered and inexpensive. Owners were helpful. Quite area. I would stay here again. Could have a little upgrade on the sheets and beds. Stayed in three different rooms. Each had a different quality of bedding and mattresses. Throw pillows are unnecessary. No way they can be cleaned between guests.
