Lovely family owned and operated property providing lots of TLC. They serve delicious breakfasts, book a variety of tours, arrange transfers, provide laundry service and do their best to take care of all your needs - always with charming smiles. The property is located on the beach and the seaview rooms have a beautiful view of the Andaman Sea.

The room was clean and comfy, and we could step out of the room onto the beach which was amazing. The hotel staff were so lovely, especially with our baby girl who they loved chatting to. We felt well taken care of Location is great for quiet beach time but there is not much else close by

Location on beach was fantastic. Short walk to beach restaurants and bars (highly recommend Gina’s) My room faced the breezeway where a free breakfast started at 7:30 so could not sleep in. Personally, I think you could eliminate the breakfast.

Most enjoyable stay. Met all of our needs. Seaview room on the quiet beach overlooking the Andaman Sea with gorgeous sunsets, delicious breakfasts, variety of restaurants nearby, ATMs and 7-11 across the street, tour booking and transfer arrangements, laundry service, and anything else. The friendly, caring owners were like family.

Staff was excellent. They were so friendly and attentive. I really appreciated their effort to make our stay as easy and hassle free as possible. Although it’s a bit far from Ao Nang and Krabitown, you’re rewarded with super local shops/restaurants, a slower pace, and a real chance to unwind and relax. 7-11 conveniently across the street and local food stalls. The non deluxe rooms (aka no ocean view) can be slightly claustrophobic since the windows open to the side wall. But it was great for falling asleep. It wasn’t a problem since you’re truly 20m away from the dedicated ocean porch to watch the tides and longboats.

It was perfect! The best staff in town, the room was comfortable and the location is unmatchable! I didn't make this place my main point to rest. I wish I'd have stay longer.

The location is perfect beach front. The owner is very nice and easy to talk to. The place is clean. It’s the washroom layout that’s kind of weird for me.

Rooms were clean neat with sea view. Exceptional view - make sure you take seaview rooms. When tide is out, beach looks very sad but when tide is in, it looks beautiful. Breakfast and general area for reception needs updating

So easy for a chilled trip, everything you need within a few min walk, my ideal balance between quiet and not to touristy and convenient with restaurants and a 7/11. Beautiful beach on the doorstep, scooters to rent and lovely staff. Nothing

Kind staff (family), location nearby the sea, seaview, delicious breakfast.

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Perfect location: the room we booked was on the ground floor directly facing the sea where we could also catch the sun set. Room itself was comfortable, modern and clean.. the owner was lovely and helpful. Would 10/10 come back again Nothing!
