Good Location just right across the quiet beach, close to 7-11 and some food venders, restaurant, massage place. I booked a twin room, but I was given a room with a single bed instead. The staff informed me that it could not be changed as it was the last available room. In addition, payment was accepted in cash only; credit cards and bank transfers were not accepted. During my stay, I experienced several additional issues. I found a large cockroach in the room, the towels had black stains, the water heater was intermittently not working, and multiple lights in the room were not functioning. Furthermore, the swimming pool water appeared very cloudy.

The pool and the air conditioning worked great I wouldn’t say this is a three star. It’s a 2 1/2 definitely more on the rustic side. Location is marginal. The beach across from the very busy road is OK. The cabins are basic and the pool was nice. Breakfast is basic. Lots of garbage during the day left around the pool that wasn’t picked up.

The only thing that was nice about this location was that the beach was across the street and that it was not a crowded beach. We were not happy about how they did not allow us to get a refund when we left after just one night at the hotel, we booked for 3 and checked out in time for them to re-lease the room. I did not like this hotel. We had bugs biting us in the room at night, a rooster woke us up super early in the morning, the shower did not stay on and we had to use a plastic bag to get the plunger to hold up the shower control mechanism. The breakfast spread was the least satisfying of any hotel we stayed at in any city in Thailand.

Affordable beach resort This hotel is a nice spot for families and people looking for easy beach access without the noise and hubbub of Ao Nang. The pool and surrounding plants are beautiful and provide a little oasis and our little porch overlooking this area was a sweet little spot. The bungalows are compact but have plenty of closet space and a fridge, plus limited amenities and an adequate shower with weak pressure and good temperature. The bed was very springy and quite firm, meaning that when your partner moves you can feel it, and the linens were old and worn. The breakfast has lots of bread choices (many young German families were staying here) and some flavorful Thai choices as well. The coffee was just okay. A note on cleanliness: it was not great and did not improve even when I asked two times. we have traveled extensively in SE Asia and are fine with little a beach flair like sand or little bugs that get into our room, even geckos! We are okay with less luxe features and polish at the beach! However this hotel had splatters of what looked like blood on the wall behind the bathroom door and even after showing the staff it was not cleaned. At one point I used a hair tie from the bathroom sink without thinking and then realized that it had been left by a previous guest, complete with some of their stray hairs.

The location is the best part of this hotel — the beach is literally just a few steps across the street, which is amazing. However, there are several downsides future guests should know about. The staff struggles with English, and the service is quite slow. Several times we had to wait around 10 minutes at the reception because nobody was there. It often felt like the same employees were doing multiple jobs, from cleaning rooms to looking after the property, which affected the overall service level. The rooms are very old and definitely need renovation. Breakfast is basic, similar to many 2–3 star hotels in Thailand — acceptable, but nothing special. Overall, the location saves the experience, but the hotel itself needs improvements in service and room quality.

Very quiet location and resort. Pool ideal for children. Not new but well maintained and clean bungalows. All necessary services within 3 minute walk. Simple breakfast.
-
Valuable beachfront property. Breakfast included makes it a good option to give you more time at the beach mainly since beach time because of the tides will up to 2 pm more less. Confortable room in a bungalow style surrond the pool. Parking is front of the Hotel

The property was good. The people were warm The location is a bit far from Ao nang
-
Simple hotel good for value huts The mosque chant 4 times a day
-
Child friendly, across the road from a nice beach and lots of beach restaurants, good local amenities.

Enviroment and that the place was near a beautiful beach was really great. Also the staff and the pool was very nice. The breakfast options were really weak. Just few things and everyday the same. If you like good breakfast, this is not a place for you. Also the wifi was sometimes crashing. One more note. The owner should consider to put on reception someone who can speak some english ;)

The ladies that work at the resort were so helpful and polite Location was brilliant and a very relaxing chilled out environment perfect for young children ? Bathroom was very small

The pool was amazing!

Breakfast was varied and something for everyone. Walking distance to shops and bars. Beach only 50m away. Bed was acceptable but a bit soft for me personally. My lady liked it though. Chalet was very dated and required some repairs and updating. Hand held shower head only.

Fantastic location. Across the road from the beach. A lovely selection of restaurants, particularly The Beach House. 7 eleven 2 min walk. We loved it because it was away from the busyness of Ao Nang. You can get a taxi to the busier parts for 400 thb or better still, hire a bike! The night market in Ao Nang was brilliant. We did trips out to phi phi and booked with Rose Andaman tours - we were impressed with them! We walked right from the resort to Tab kak hang nak nature trail. It was a challenging walk but thoroughly enjoyed it! It felt safe at the resort. Nice and quiet. There was a security guard at night patrolling - he was lovely :) Breakfast was good, different Thai options everyday. Nothing really. We felt it was good value for money.
