A very kid friendly resort. Has amazing facilities and the pool is super awesome. Location was a bit far off from city, but we enjoyed the quiet. You can rent a bike and roam around. Overall a great stay for families with kids. The swimming pool slides and pool bar close at 6pm. Which is too early. They should extend it.

The pool was green for the first four days of our stay, and you can actually see small bits of algae floating by. Also, tons of trash on the beach. I saw other hotels and shopkeepers, keeping the beachfront clean in their area, but nobody from this hotel tried to keep the beach clean, so basically we never went to the beach in front of the hotel.

The hotel ticked a lot of boxes with a fabulous pool, very comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and the staff made it a relaxing and easy holiday and nothing was too difficult to help wth outside restaurant reservations, transports, tours. nothing - hotel is undergoing renovations but didn't hear any noise, just limited restaurants however it is not peak season so this was fine and the local restaurants were worth exploring and fantastic

The breakfast is a buffet with a large range of options. The pool is the largest in Thailand. Room was large and comfy. Restaurants were good - Italian and Asian. Nice spa. Beach access across the street. Good excursions - we went to Hong Island. This isn’t a negative, just an observation. As a couple who enjoyed the privacy and ambiance at Rayavadee, the Sofitel is a larger resort hotel that caters more to families and golfers.

Love love love this place, we were only here for a couple full days but everything was amazing, the staff was so nice the pool was great, we did the phi phi boat trip and it was so very beautiful! Def coming back to Krabi and staying here again. The room was magnificent, everyone was very respectful and so very nice! 5 stars! We liked everything about it!

Beautiful beachfront location with great views. The resort is peaceful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are good, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. It is suitable for families and for a quiet holiday. The location is a bit far from the city center, so transportation is needed to go outside the resort. Also, some services could be faster during busy hours.

They have a huge pool with areas dedicated for children and adults as well. The pool bar is also nice and serves finger food as well. The facilities are fantastic with golf course inside the report only. If i go again to Krabi, ill stay again. It a bit away from the main city thus no hustle and bustle; but i didnt mind as massage parlors, grocery and few restaurants are close by. Breakfast can improve in terms of food taste.

Overall it’s an amazing experience if i can recommend one thing it would be to have more options in the breakfast buffet

- Spacious and clean room - Friendly staff - Great facilities, near the beach - Lots of activities, family friendly - Big swimming pool and big resort - Some random power outage - Rooms could do with a retrofit. They look outdated - Was charged for the stay when checking in although I had already paid online when booking - Rooms don't get automatically cleaned even when putting the notice at the door. - Communication issues when calling the reception. I had to do follow-up calls because no action were taken upon my first calls (request for room to be cleaned, request for a bottle steriliser) - Breakfast could do with a more variety on different days

Staff welcoming Beautiful Hotel . Great location The hotel facilities and gardens were well maintained with lovely coloured flowers everywhere. There were interesting facts about the hotel dotted all around for guests to read. Everything was very clean and well organised. Nice ice cream, the staff were very, very nice. The mattress was hard, which made the bed uncomfortable. I woke up a few times with backache. I did, however, ask for an extra mattress topper. Which helped a little With my backache
