Very good value for money. Room was lovely and clean with excellent facilities. Good location in centre of Knowle.

The room was clean and had air conditioning. Reception staff were very friendly. On the Friday evening my cousin and her husband had come from Ireland for a family get together happening Saturday. We bought a last orders drink but after 15 to 20 mins we were told we had to go to our rooms as the hotel was bring locked up, the member of staff had an aggressive tone although I said we were residents that evening. We were just 3 quiet adults gently chatting as they had just arrived from Dublin Airport. In the morning there were no bowls for breakfast without asking for one and very limited stock; this went on with everyone entering the restaurant too while I was eating my breakfast. My Eggs Benedict were cold with tasteless lumpy sauce. The next morning I asked for porridge and was told if I had porridge I couldn't have a cooked breakfast which I found very strange. The hotel needs refreshing with paint.

Good location and the rooms were nice and lean. Good shower.

Comfy beds, clean and tidy room. Excellent staff. Fantastic communication with the hotel as we arrived on an early morning flight and they made arrangements for the night porter to check is in. We were near to the exit stairwell in Room 2 so a lot of early morning noise from other guests and their children.

Fantastic room, great facilities and lovely service at breakfast. Nothing, handy parking and great food options.
-
The size of the room and the bonus of aircon. Reasonable priced breakfast. Free parking. The very small sink which made filling the kettle very difficult. Strange noisy flush on the toilet. Toilet roll holder very loose causing toilet paper to slide off.

Comfortable room, excellent shower. Great location in the centre of Knowle.

Very nicely presented room, air conditioning was great. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were nice and friendly. There were hairs in the sink, water marks on the walls in the bathroom. And in the bottom of the bath, the paint had started coming off, so it was rusty. Then, the fan in the fan room started making a loud humming noise if left on for too long. The water pressure was great. Lighting in to room was poor.

Almost everything - location, first impression, close parking, friendly staff, our room, evening meals. The continental breakfast was good but could be improved - the serving space was too small & a fruit salad would be nice.
