The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only problem was they did not clean the room. They apologized and gave fresh towels. Offered free breakfast to bill to the room but we left early the next day before restaurant was open.

We were truly grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay at the hotel.
