Clean rooms and helpful staff

Convenient location off the highway and close to a variety of restaurants.

This property could use a refresh. Cleanliness was average and air conditioning in room is loud. Breakfast was good.

The room was really clean on our arrival. The staff is very nice and attentive.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for our grandson’s white coat ceremony. He is in Vet school at UT. When we visit again, we will choose to stay at this property.

Great stay and convenient location.

We came in town for UTKnoxville related visit. And this by far is the cleanest, most friendly & helpful staff. The hotel was quiet & the room was very spacious. We will be booking here for future stays.

Only stayed for one night. Convenience to the highway, hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Would recommend this hotel to others.

We loved it! The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was amazing. This was not our first visit. We will be back again.

I liked the little field with the water running beside it so I could walk my dog away from the traffic.

Really nice hotel. I prefer Hampton Inn any where one is available. This Hampton Inn is very nice. The facility is in impeccable condition. Staff is helpful and nice and the prices are good. The continental breakfast is also good, better than most hotels offer.

I was given an accessible room. There was an unpleasant hospital-like odour in the room (worked in a hospital for over a decade). Everything else was good.
