The hotel was very nice and looked like it had been recently remodeled with a gray and teal palette. The staff were efficient and friendly. Check-in and check-out took less than 5 minutes each. There were plenty of well-maintained luggage carts available. The room was clean and updated. It did take around 2-3 hours for it to completely cool off and filter out the humidity. There's a large church up on the hill behind the hotel. The church uses the hotel parking lot as a convenience. There was a lot of foot and vehicle traffic because of this, which complicated getting packed up and checked out on Sunday. It's a 4.5 mile straight shot down I-40 West to the Knoxville Convention Center, which was great for making it to & from our event quickly. I would use this hotel again if I ever have to travel to the Knoxville area.

We would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located off I40. Room was clean comfortable. Breakfast was normal fare, but good and hot. The o ly odd thing was using the back elevator, front one was broken, but the carts were out front. It was a little inconvenient.

They only clean room after 3 day stay which is fine, but they forgot to stock us back up with towels and toilet paper. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

This hotel was a pit stop on my travels. I arrived very late at night and was exhausted. I woke up in the morning and was not ready to continue my drive as I was so tired. This hotel offers an option to pay a small fee for late check out. It was exactly what I needed. I got a few more hours of sleep and got back on the road It was a little hard to find.
