Our aircon wasn’t working properly room 404

The elevator was sub-optimal at times and we had to take the stairs.

The bathroom could use some improvements, since there is no shower enclosure, it tends to get quite wet during showers. Also, there is only a glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom, which may not offer enough privacy.

A very proper, modern boutique 4-star hotel really. Spacious room, has all the amenities you need, located very close to the harbor. But the best part is simply the breakfast. So much variety and very high-quality, fit for a king. For the price you pay for the room and the meal option, it's totally worth it.

Clean, great service, location, great breakfast. The Aircon didn't work . They apologized and said it would be fixed soon. Not a big problem in late February.

Good breakfast, room was spacious, location within walking distance to a good restaurant (Olde's). Parking was a little hard to find.

The room as bigger than expected, very comfortable beds, very nice breakfast. The aircon in room 319 was making a huge noise, I went to reception to get it fixed, but nothing was done.

The room was basic but big enough and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good, the staff was very nice and friendly Seems to be a preferred hotel for groups rather than indidual travellers

Clean comfortable and in a great location within 5 minutes walk from the Marina. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite large. Breakfast is served in a Restaurant located beside the Hotel. The Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Nothing really but the walls are quite thin and any noise or chatting in the corridor outside can be easily heard.

Food at the property needs improvement. Pizza was very mediocre during dinner and it also took ages to get it.

breakfast was amazing, we loved the aircon in the rooms. we loved the room service the shower drain was blocked and the plugs for cellphones/usb connections did not work.

Breakfast was exceptional. Our room had no balcony..

Good location, friendly staff

I loved the hotel. The staff was just amazing! The room was exactly the same as on the photos and it was really comfortable, clean and cozy. Loved the breakfast and dinner served in the restaurant.

My partner said that the breakfast was really good, I only drink coffee in the mornings. The room was very nice and comfortable for our stay Location is very central and easy to navigate too and from Everything was satisfactory, only problem we had was that the other people staying on the 4th floor were very noisy on the Thursday night so we struggled to get to sleep as I believe that they were on a tour bus. They did quieten down after midnight

We spent New Year’s Eve here, and were very pleasantly surprised by the property. The rooms were large and comfortable and it is a short walk to the waterfront area. There is lots of secure parking, the staff were very nice, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Definitely recommend!
