It breakfast was good and its location was close to attractions. The bathroom water was dirty. The rooms were dusty and not clean. The apartments not suitable for family. The Heaters werent working despite informing front desk several times The room phones werent working. Rooms were freezing and air con werent working

Perfect start to our anniversary road trip !!

Enough space in apartment Aircon Jungle gym for kids Spa on site Location was great. Poor check in experience Room facilities were average. Had to call the reception for basic stuff like bowls Felt Room cleaning was done quickly but without proper cleaning. Eg we filled the dish washer but the staff didn't even empty it.

The location was great and the staff at reception were amazing Food was average and the facilities were very run down. Staff at the restaurant were terrible.,

Breakfast was cold. Not the eggs but the bacon sausage etc

We did not eat the breakfast, the proximity of the hotel was excellent. Our holiday coincided with the cold front and rain in the Western Cape, as a result it was very cold. The aircon were not functional either cold or hot, that's the only thing that needs attention as my observation.

Food not nice never had breakfast one only and it was only 4 items. They young guys working at reception not friendly, unprofessional and not helpful. Asked for an iron and house keeping took my clothes to iron for me at their laundry but they burned mmy shirt and all i got was a sorry?.

We didn't get hot water in the shower for 2days during our stay despite informing the concierge to remedy same. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Nice views Our unit had no hot water, and reception informed us there was an issue with the pipes, promising to notify us once it was fixed. Instead of relocating us to a fully functional unit, they insisted on repairing the problem. Only later did they reveal that the geyser was broken and offered the neighboring unit solely for showering. The water was also dirty.

Without a doubt the best, most effcient and all round practical accommodation in Knysna. Whether private or group booking that i made, it has always been a delightfull and professional reception from the start. All facilities catered for and most professional service at reception. A big Thank You
