Very unusual setting inside of former power station

Nice location and good for a base for short stay to the area. Could do with an upgrade which I believe was in progress for the week after our stay. Restaurant staff could probably also do with some refresher training.

Delicious breakfast. Wide variety of different options to choose. Highly recommended. Breakfast service by the staff was exceptional. Nothing to not like.

Location was perfect, Hotel staff went out of there way to accommodate the runners taking part in the marathon. everything was perfect. Truly a great hotel. That I couldn't stay another night. 1 night wasn't enough - but Ill definitely be back and my first choice of Hotel when im traveling in the area.

Lovely quirky hotel with great facilities and super friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location with easy access to great boat trips. It’s a bit out of the way from Knysna Central.

Location During our trip to South Africa, we got to Knysna. A very beautiful place, with its own individual style. Our trip was marred by an incident when the hotel staff robbed us of $ 600. At the same time, the cleaners rummaged through our suitcases and sorted through our things, this is also not pleasant. In general, this was the only case during our entire trip where they treated us in this way. The hotel manager called the police, we filed a report. They promised to solve this problem, but the emotions and mood were negative from this experience. This is how our stay at the hotel went, there will be details ... I will add to the review.

The room was spacious, internet was fast, facilities in the room was good. Very noisy! Could constantly hear people walking past the room, and the bar under the room had a live band until late. I could feel every beat! It sadly kept me up until late, and it was not pleasant as I had an early start. After complaining, the hotel did not once offer to move me but just said that the bar plays loud music every Friday and Saturday night.

Absolutely stunning place. Great location, lovely design, polite stuff, perfect service! We were on a motorbike trip and that was the best spot during the trip!

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back!

Such a uniquely designed hotel. When we checked in the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel and escorted us to our room. Breakfast was served inside or on the terrace and had a great variety of food
