Our hotel restaurant, Nest Food Bar, serves brunch, dinner, and cocktails, and is known for its unique decor and vibey atmosphere. The famous café and bakery Ile de Pain is located right next door and is renowned for its artisanal bread, pastries, and café-style menu! We pride ourselves on offering the best sunsets in town, and the friendliest hospitality to all our guests. We are also well-known for our ‘Sunset Sessions’ event, held on Saturdays (during the summer season), with a live DJ playing house music on our deck, providing the perfect backdrop for you to enjoy the stunning sunset views over the Lagoon. Great room, lovely location in the natural environment. Great refurb of an original boat shed done with style. The Nest restaurant Wednesday Moules were to die for and the Ile de Pain cafe was fantastic for coffee and breakfast Would have been nice to have a larger pool and sunbathing area and more information on the local area and walks etc

The public spaces were very pleasant with a great atmosphere When we first arrived, our bathroom had drainage issues which could not be resolved. We were moved to a better room.

Great location on the island, walking distance to everything. Beautiful views of the bay and sunset. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on what looked like a cute restaurant. Rooms pretty and comfy. Would recommend. Would return. No elevator and we had a lot of luggage. No staff available to help us get our luggage up to our room.

Excellent location and really comfortable. Unique style of building and very clever renovation from an old ship construction shed. Staff were lovely and super easy to deal with. Quite noisy in the evening as the restaurant is right below the rooms. Once they closed though it was nice and quiet.

Fantastic stay! We had a bayside view with huge balcony! Request this room if you can as it’s fantastic. Complimentary corona fridge, rooms are huge and spotless. Restaurant on site and cafe are fantastic. Not a thing! Other than we wished we’d stayed longer!!!

Love love loved everything about our stay. It was only 2 nights but wish we had stayed long. There was something so calming and tranquil about the hotel, particularly the setting and sunrise and sunset; yet the hotel was a vibe too. The staff, the welcome, the location, the decoration was awesome. And the food…. Now the food, where do i start? My husband had the bao buns on the first night and exclaimed they were the best thing he’s ever eaten. But at breakfast the next morning he had the waffle with pulled beef with eggs (I think that’s right) and then claimed that was the best thing he’s ever eaten. The food was amazing! I loved the little no where you could sit outside on a small tucked away deck and read / relax with the complimentary beer or water. It was just lovely! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and if we’re ever back in South Africa I would love to go back!
