The hotel accused me of stealing a towel that was missing in the room and charged me for it. I never took a towel out of the room, and housekeeping had free access to my room (BTW, they even entered when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on). On my way from the ferry to the hotel, I shared a taxi with two tourists, one French and one German. When one of them found out I was staying at this hotel, she said, “I wanted to book there too, but I was told they cause problems with the deposit.” In addition, my favorite swimsuit disappeared, as well as a pillowcase that I had brought from home. And somehow, in the end, I was the one who got charged for theft… ? I’d also like to point out that the two women at the reception desk were extremely rude to me. They laughed at me in front of my face while talking to each other and treated me with a great deal of disrespect. This is not the kind of experience I received from anywhere else or from any other service provider on the amazing island of Koh Phangan. I was genuinely surprised by their behavior. Very disappointing.

Good location with access to the beach, great facilities, spacious and clean rooms. Communication with the hotel was impossible, they ignored my messages for months and only replied 2 days before check-in. It all got sorted in the end, but it was a bit frustrating dealing with it all, as they were not very open to help with my request.

We slept in the building itself, so the review is about the room there and not the cabin. Good location, good Netflix connection and there was always someone at reception. Access to the pool from the room is very convenient. The shower flow was weak and the water was warm - not really hot. There was mold in the shower itself and it felt a bit like a prison. We had to ask every morning for our room to be cleaned and new towels to be brought because it wasn't obvious to them. The pool itself wasn't that clean, many areas with moss and lots of insects and mosquitoes in the pool itself. Also,the wifi was very bad, disconnected every few minutes and was weak.

The cool looking art wall in the room in the pictures was just unfinished wood. The room itself could be more finished and the bathroom in better condition. When I saw the room I realized that it really wasn’t worth the money. I expect a higher rate for beachfront, but considering the room it was a little high. I didn’t have a sea view either that would have made the price more reasonable.

The location are very good The room need restaurantion I think, it was quite small, the staff always needs to be informed if you want that your room would be cleaned, everything needed to be asked.

location is great. that beach is amazing and close to bars and restaurants. nothing. It was great value for money.

The weather was bad, so I spent the majority of the day and night in a hammock outside my bungalow. Swinging, reading and listening to the rain, frogs and birds. Absolutely Wonderful. The beach was just at the end of the walk way. They have swings as bar stool by the beach. I wish they had a little throw blanket to go with the hammock for rainy days.

it has no sea view and the windows are not fronting sea side so there is no breeze and the music from somewhere near was very loud

The room booked had no TV and a problem with the air conditioner, but they upgraded the room.

Nice pool Staff were terrible. They took my towel at the pool and then charged me 400baht for allegedly losing it!! Worst finish for the stay. WiFi was awful, barely worked. No hot water in the shower even though we told them about it they did nothing. The air conditioner stopped working at night and we had no one to help with it! If something happens at night no one is in charge!! Also it’s too expensive for all of this…

Good location on a nice chill beach. Large room and cool swimming pool. The included breakfast was very limited and our room didn’t get cleaned .

Loved the swim up room and how close to the sea we were. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

We were informed that the hotel was fully booked, but it was very quiet - so if was, then there was excellent noise control. The wifi and electricity were not consistent and both turned on and off a lot - requiring the AC to be restarted each time. The hotel did not respond to messages via Booking.com before arrival and claimed to have never seen them - contact via whatsapp was more reliable. Rooms were only cleaned every second day, on request (which was difficult as we got sick while staying here).

The location was great on Haad Yao beach if you want to be away from the party scene and young travellers. It’s indeed outdated, we paid a discounted price but if we’d paid the full normal price I wouldn’t have been happy at all. our AC didn’t really work, it was blowing out air but it wasn’t cool. They have a pooltafel you need to pay for (first time in Thailand), and I preferred the other bars/restaurants on the beach than this one. I would choose a different hotel if I’d come again.
