High Life Bungalow

Beautiful location just a short walk from the beach. The bungalow was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was easy. Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations.

The view from bungalow A3 is amazing. The room is comfortable and the bed is big. The staff were always friendly with a can do attitude. I really enjoyed my stay. The stairs from the beach but that's not the hotels problem ?.

Location is stunning and the views. Restaurant also okay, breakfast is delicious. The guy at the reception very kind and smily The rooms might need a bit of renovation, but overall is okay

Nice staff and beautiful place with beach entrance and pool with sea view

We were two girls, and honestly, we didn’t care much because we don’t let that kind of behavior affect us. But for someone else, it could easily feel like harassment and make them very uncomfortable. A hotel should be a place where guests feel welcomed and respected, and unfortunately, that was not the case with some of the staff.

We liked the restaurant bar and pool. The food was exceptional and so were the staff. Lots of wildlife noise at night, due to the dense vegetation which was to be expected!! Never any direct sunlight reaching the balcony.

The best thing in High Life is their restaurent. THe food there is best you can find in the Island. But you can eat there without being a resort custumer. Staff were nice and helpfull. Our room, sea view with the bath tub on balcony A32. It was so bad. Water was pooling on the bathroom floor which was gross and the room was not cozy at all, ugly white lights and ugly curtains.

There was a lot of noise from the local frogs and birds on some nights after it rained -but that is what you get from being close to nature I guess. I was glad I had earplugs.

Old hotel . No good smell in the toilet . The location is good . But when the see go out very bad beach . When the see come it’s ok .

The bed was not so comfortable. Pool view room was very noisy

Love the looks of this hotel, on a cliff looking down the beach - the beach itself isnt super pretty or swimmable. We had to go to other beaches to swim. The pool was great and the rooms are nice but you can smell the humidity in the furniture and sheets. The restaurant’s food is quite nice but expensive and the location isn’t so practical becaause it’s all ups and downs so if you dont have a scooter it’s really not fun to walk to cheap restaurants. Staff super fun and friendly to babies. The location as explained above.

It was great, the view from the room was amazing and it was close to beautiful beaches. Also the staff were very nice and helpful and they helped us to book taxis. The roads in the area are hard to walk without car or motorcycle, and the taxis were expensive.

Bathroom was old and neglected, toilet tank leaking and refill water constantly running.

I had a wooden bungalow deep in the garden. It was cosy. I loved the king bed. The pool was awesome with fantastic views. The dining area was also amazing with the same view. Food was great. Staff were fantastic. The TV was silly, it occupied space that would be better empty and it didn't work anyway.

Staff was super helpful and professional. Location is great (you do need a motorbike though but that's true to any place in haad yao). Pool is SUPER! Food in the restaurant is pretty good. Good value for money. Rooms are outdated. Sometimes noisy. They swap the garden every morning near the rooms, making swapping noices. In the wooden bungalow the shower is very basic. It's a good place for young people, especially because of the location and the pool.
