My booking was confirmed, but I did not get a room. The owner said, she don't deal with bookings.com She said, booking.com did not call her or inform her about my booking ? We had to look for a urgent hotel room nearby. It was a horrible experience.

Be aware! It's a scam. We arrived at the property at 4 PM, and there was no one at the reception. We waited for an hour, and then a person came up. He said they don't work with Booking.com, but he would try to find a room. I showed him the reservation, but he wasn't bothered at all. Then he said he had a room available. When we went there, it was dirty from the previous guests. The owner called and tried to excuse himself, saying they had no contract with Booking.com and that he could do us a favour if we waited for about two hours for the cleaners to clean it. I was furious, so we left. The major problem here is with Booking.com, not just the property or the owner. It's unacceptable for a platform like this not to check the accommodations they offer. I am still in the process of obtaining a refund for the additional costs that occurred. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Booked a room at the airport. Came to the hotel, they told me no place, but before i came i've got the confirmation from the hotel about booking. I didnt got my money back and i didn't got the room. I was suppousted at night after the flight try to find a place to sleep. That was hard.

We arrived from the airport late in the evening, we were refused check-in. At first, we waited almost twenty minutes for the receptionist to be found at all. Then she told us that our reservation meant nothing to her, there were no empty rooms. We had to look for another place to live that night. I didn't like everything! Such hotels should be removed from the booking for non-compliance with the booking rules.

** IT IS A SCAM, DONT BOOK !! ** The lady will tell you that they do not have your booking as they no longer take bookings via booking.com (this is false!). She will tell you the website have taken your money, but it is a scam!! DO NOT BOOK !!

Nothing - didn't get to stay as the owner overbooked and was rude and laughed at us and left us on the street Didn't get to stay as owner overbooked and put us on the street at 11pm! Didn't get us another place to stay and laughed in our face when we asked him to sort something else for us! Haven't got out money back. This also happened to other people over the last few days. Place looked a mess anyway
