I loved how large the room was and the balcony. My room was never cleaned when I was there and I did not use the Do Not disturb sign.

The location is great. Close to airport, restaurants and grocery stores. Off the main road so it’s quiet. Good Hot water. Spacious room. Clean Laundry service the hotel provides wasn’t good and no smart TV with limited cable. WiFi wasn’t working. Beds were slightly hard.

Huge nice modern rooms with everything you needed Farther walk to the beach than expected.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was well maintained and relaxing. There isn’t much nearby except the airport.

My only complaints are that the tv remotes batteries were dead and the lights next to the bed were dead

Comfy food, plenty of counter space for luggage, good WiFi and bed, hot water. Complimentary transport to/from the airport. Being an airport hotel, it is pretty far removed and in an odd location, but the hotel has a restaurant and there is a 7-11 and mini-C in walking distance.

Maybe a bit expensive the price for food and laundry but it's understandable.

The location is ideal if you have an early flight from Phuket Airport. There's a beach that's walking distance from this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and they have a balcony. The service is friendly. It was good
