nothing outstanding, location I guess was good. You need to walk across your bed to get to a shared balcony! doors don't close easily. worst shower at similar priced place.

Great central location. Good air con and nice balcony Only thing that could be improved is a Bin in the room, and the Shower, one hot shower that was pretty much just a mist of water and one cold shower which had great water pressure, so hard work washing my hair. Hair dryer would be helpful too

Despite the staff, you can't beat this place for it's location and cleanliness of the room. Great for short stays I reckon. Maybe it's a generational thing, but the staff were very curt and direct throughout my time there.

Brilliant location and the room was okay for the price We found the staff quite rude. We gave a 500 baht key deposit on arrival, and when we were leaving, they aggressively demanded 300 baht for a towel that had some makeup on it. We thought it was a lot to ask (8 euros) to replace a towel.

The location of this guesthouse is perfect. It is centered in Phuket Old Town, surrounded by many souvenir shops, a travel agency located two doors away (which I highly recommend), and a clinic next door with an English-speaking doctor. There is also an ATM nearby for any emergency withdrawal. The staff were super friendly. Although they speak little English, we communicated well through a translator apps. I will definitely come here again!

we stayed in the room with the balcony overlooking the street which was an added bonus as very pretty! it was very clean upon arrival and had the option if we wanted it cleaned everyday. such a perfect location - couldn’t recommend more!!

A very solid accommodation. Balcony facing Thalong Rd. in the middle of the action. Fine for a few days. Shower drain clogged, should have been noticed during cleaning before I checked in. As a result, the bathroom was flooded during the shower.

Central location Tiny rooms, noisy-you hear your neighbouring room’s every move, the common area facilities are minimal and mostly non functional. The owners were rude. You are provided one key, and the door locks automatically leaving you with no option to split from your travel mate-very unpractical.

Love the classic sytle of the room. Big nice beautiful room and bathroom in centre location. Restaurant and shops are around the corner. Clean Not enough lighting. Room is a bit dark

It’s in the middle of the town. The night market is right below the premise. I enjoyed walking in the morning and at night. It’s very safe. Halal food in few shops away. I recommend this place. Photos are exactly how the hotel is

Location was great for ease of access to the old town bars and restaurants. It was very clean. The rooms were tiny and the walls were literally paper thin. We could hear everything around us including talking, passing wind and making love!
